I have not had to use them yet. I pay 60.00 dollar a month. I like them. When someone comes out to fix anything you do not have to pay any additional cost. They explained everything very well. They are very professional. They are very helpful.

We have the basic package, which is a good price for the value. I have not had to use them yet, but I am satisfied with them. The overall experience was excellent.

Excellent! Both times we contacted CP, they were friendly, professional & very helpful. The service companies they sent were also excellent. This is such a surprise, as our experience with all other warranty companies has been less than satisfactory. You pay more for the coverage, but you get what you pay for.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND CP!

Bought a Home Warranty in Dec. 2011. My ice maker went out and it took two appliance companies to fix it and 13 trips to my house and not once did the Complete Appliance Protection not approve or question any of the parts or service. They were great!!!

On the last visit during my regular furnace tune up, he said he had found a problem that needed to be fixed. There were some points sticking that could possibly overheat up the compressor. Although, they would not work on the air conditioner and then send the bill to my appliance warranty company to be reimbursed. I did call Complete Appliance Protection and they said the repair was covered. I paid for the $205 bill up front and Complete Appliance Protection was going to reimburse me. They sent someone out the next day and he replaced the part. I got the bill and faxed it to the warranty company. I asked the girl on the cover sheet if she would email me that she got it and she quickly responded back. She advised me it would be 10-14 days before I got my check, but I got it two days later. The way they took care of me was phenomenal. Usually it is a fight on the phone when you try to use your warranty, but I was so pleased as I did not have any troubles with them or the service.

We just moved into our new house and insisted on a home warranty. We researched and liked Complete Appliance Protection's(CAP) coverage best for what we needed. Within a month of moving in the AC and pool pump quit working. I called CAP and was greeted with courteous and professional employees each time. Within 3-4 minutes I had an approval code and a phone number for a local repair shop. We have been with CAP less than a year and so far are completely satisfied. We have not had any negative experiences with this company.

A number of home warranty programs have received bad reviews, and I was extremely cautious about purchasing this service. I did not find this company intiially, however, on Angie's list. Their program is somewhat different in that there is a monthly fee dependent on the amount of coverage that one desires. They also stated they would pay for a pre-existing issue/repair problem, after the one-month 'probation period' after purchasing their program. I questioned this by phone, explaining that my stove/oven was in bad shape and probably would need replacing, and they assured me they would pay for the service call to make this determination and honor their stated amount toward purchase of a new stove/oven ($250), even though I was entering this agreement with a pre-existing problem. After I purchased this warranty, my furnace and air-conditioner broke, and they paid for both service calls and the air-conditioner repair. The furnace needed replacing (!!!) and I sought a different company for replacement of the furnance, and Complete Protection reimbursed me after I submitted the receipt for the new furnace - promptly. When I finally got around to seeking a repair for my stove/oven, my dryer suddenly quick working (similar to many people, most all appliances, furnace, etc. in my home are about the same age - old). They paid for the service calls, and despite the fact that I made an error in how to proceed with obtaining repair authorization (my misunderstanding) they still honored the warranty and paid the service and repair fee for the dryer and the stated replacement allotment for the stove. They have answered the phone every time I have called, including nights and weekends and have been incredibly accomodating and their service and responsiveness has been exceptional. I would most certainly continue with this service, were it not for the fact that I have incurred excessive costs for replacement (stove AND furnace) and simply am not in a financial position to do so at this time. Nevertheless, I would recommend this company without reservation if this type of warranty service (without total replacement reimbursement) works for your needs. While the entire new-purchase price is not an aspect of this home warranty program, their 'stated fee allocation' eliminates the need to argue/hassle whether or not a new appliance is needed, or the home owner must work through continued problems and repairs. They also allow the home-owner to choose her own service provider. I have found this program and their service and responsiveness to exceed my expectations.

The two experiences I have had in calling this company have been very professional and with zero hassle. They have lived up to (and more) their side of the relationship.

We purchased a home warranty when we bought a house. I had read a number of reviews on home warrranty companies, most of them horror stories, so I was a little leery. Complete Appliance Protection had the best reviews I found so I went with them. Two days after we closed the hot water heater failed and I called to start the process to get it repaired. The rep I spoke on the phone with was very friendly and helpful. She suggested a company to use but told me I could use someone else if I wanted. The alternate company I selected told me they didn't work with warranty companies and I though "Oh no! Here we go." My second call to CAP was just as pleasant as the first! The rep told me is was not a problem, the water heater was covered, and to just submit the repair bill with the authorization number referenced. My experience with them has exceeded my expectations and if you need a home warranty company, I recommend Complete Appliance Protection. It has been a very positive experience for me and my family.

We were not happy with the coverage of only one HVAC unit, so we asked for and received an immediately refund.

Good phone response. Good service response, although we did wait for a weekday to perform the service due to a potential overtime charge for the weekend.

Really impressed not only with the service of CAP's staff, but also with their contractors. They contacted me this week to make sure I was pleased with the contractor that came out.

It’s very nice and convenient that they offer electronic everything that you can pay online. The customer service when I signed up was very nice and they were very helpful with helping me choose the right plan. I believe they are pretty reasonably priced.

They are very responsive. They give you a list of people to choose from. They are easy to get a hold of, they respond quickly, and we have had no problems getting them to cover things, paying 100%. We are very satisfied with them.

They have good reports so that is why I went with this company. They are about the same pricing wise as everyone else, but they don’t charge you a deductable when they come out.

They have covered everything and we haven’t had a problem with them yet. They have lived up to all their words.

My warranty policy is reasonably priced, but I haven’t had to make a claim so it’s hard to say.

They are great. They are very easy to work with, so I highly recommend them. They don’t make you pay a deductable. You can use their people or your own people and they will take care of the bill. They are not available in the whole country, so you have to see where they are available. If they can't fix something, then they will pay a certain, specific amount towards another appliance. Their quality is good, but it depends on who you go with for the contractors.

Outstanding company and service. Have had service for close to a year. Have filed 3 claims for air conditioning repair; electrical panel replacement and a hot water heater. In all 3 cases the company paid promptly. I am also impressed each time I call. A real person answers. They are always helpful and friendly on the phone. There is no deductable or long term contract, so company has to offer good service and DOES.

Both repaired and service man was timely and did an excellent job. Complete Appliance did not have a plumber for Tulsa area so I choose the most highly rated from Angie's List and as expected they did a great job.
