Description of Work: We just got an estimate. The warranty is not what we wanted. Did not use them.

Description of Work: I think people need to really CK out the policy that is being offered this is not really what I would consider a home warranty but more of a appliance repair policy as they do not REPLACE ANY APPLIANCE FOR FULL COST if it cannot be repaired you will get a authorized amount to apply to a purchase so if your A/C goes out and cannot be fixed you might get $850 towards a new one, if it can be fixed it will be. So you must UNDERSTAND there is no replacement of units or appliances with this co. You need to read their policy description very carefully as I didnt not understand this. There maybe no deductable to have them come out but you best HOPE the appliance problem can be repaired if not you are in for a large bill. I think the agent was polite. But did explain that what kind of policy and what it covers and doesnt I learned today to read and call for complete info I guess buyer beware of what your getting I went with AHS had them yrs ago and was satisfied.

Description of Work: The AC Blower motor failed and replacement cost was $1358. CP stated max they are liable for AC air handler is $500 which they paid promptly. However there would be no additional coverage for anything on the inside AC unit. They were done! Also a leak in the Washer door seal was quoted as $400 for repairs. CP stated they max out washer repairs at $250 and there is no additional coverage afforded the washer. I found other contracts that don't have such poor price limits.

Description of Work: Purchased a warranty for our new home. Emails on clarifications were quick and clear. Had an issue with the refrigerator ice maker when we moved in. Took a couple days to get the work order but quick after that. Had to order a part but it came in and quick fix!.Great job!

Description of Work: I love this company. I have had 3 other warranty services and this is a little more expensive but worth every dime. The contractors come out do their business and leave. Angela is the best, an actual person who answers the phone, assists in giving you the numbers of the companies to call and pays the bills Thanks Angela! Very, very satisfied with this company.
