+ -1 moreHe did a nice job, when he showed up. He was very unreliable about the day he was supposed to work, always apologizing. It was impossible to have a schedule he could be held to. The last time he was supposed to show up, he never did and never even called. Very unprofessional!

+ -1 moreHe's been cleaning for me for over two years. He has a key to my house. I trust him completely. He takes direction, but you don't have to stand over him at all. He is very quick about everything. He is really great at looking at what needs done and doing it. He doesn't get offended if you ask him to do extra. He has good attention to detail. He is prompt and comes when he says he will. The best part I feel is he is willing to do what you need to get done at that day. He is flexible that way. I had used someone else who was more expensive and didn't do nearly as good of a job.
Description of Work: He does general cleaning and is willing to also do yard work, painting, deep cleaning etc. He is willing to do other tasks as needed.

+ -1 moreIt went great. Brian has been working for me for 4 years and goes above and beyond. He even touched up scuffed walls with fresh paint. He is great at organizing and clearing out clutter. He even made dinner for us when I was running late.There were many times when he prepared party food for me and it was wonderful..He is easy to work with, respectful of my space and others. I hope our working relationship goes on for a long time.
Description of Work: Cleaned my two bedroom home including windows, blinds,(inside). Also cleaned refrigerator and garage. Helped design landscaping plan for my property
