America's Best Carpet Cleaning

About 2 years ago I used this company and was very satisifed. I believe it is a family owned company and I dealt with the father (an older man). I needed the service again and called on Friday, March 16 to make an appointment. (The man who answered the phone was not the person I dealt with the last time.) He said that he was not in the office and agreed to call me back that afternoon/evening when he had his appointment book. That call never came. I called again on Monday, March 19 and scheduled an appointement for Wed. March 28 at 4 pm. We agreed to touch base the day before (Tues.) to confirm that we were still a go. When I got home from work on Tues. there was no message on my recorder so I called them. The phone rang and rang and finally I got the prompt to leave a message which was immediately followed by "message box full, goodbye." I made 5 attempts at various times throughout the evening with the same result each time. I called again from work the next day (which was the day of my appointment) at 12:45 PM and the guy answered. I told him who I was and wanted to comfirm our appointment, which at that point was 3 1/2 hours away. The guy then informed me that he couldn't do today. I asked him when he intended to let me know. No answer. I told him that I would get someone else. I've got furniture arriving in 2 days and it is unlikely that I can get anyone reputable in this short of a time frame. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
