Icalled for a service and he arrived the next day on 10/10/13. (This 'group' is just a wife answering the phone and husband doing service. I had used this company for about 8 years and they used to be very good. Not the case now. He did come back out on 10/21/13 with the parts to repair the dishwasher which worked....for a while. Initially after the repair, I got to thinking that the total sounded really high. I called 2 places on the internet for the same replacement parts and BOY were the prices different. When I called about the overcharging, I was then sent a letter from the wife that she had 'mistaken' the invoice for 2 companies and I received a refund check for $23.28. However, she also sent me a copy of the invoice that had come from their wholesale supply house, showing the list price (retail) of $51.39 and $54.39 for the valve and gasket. They had then ADDED on an additional $30 per item! to the retail price! plus some more! So a fee of $105.78 came out being $202.70!!!! Then after I called them out on it, I was sent a refund check of $23.28. Which meant I was finally paying $179.42 for something that should have been $105.78 plus tax. This company is either losing it and can't figure prices anymore or they are just basically WAY overcharging people....nearly double, of what people should be charged. I also looked back on fees I was charged on a dryer repair in March of 2013 and did some checking around on the internet for prices of the parts, and again, I paid nearly double what the fee should have been. Now....guess what needs servicing again....same problem.....the dryer. I believe this couple isdeceiving people on the back end of parts and double charging for the trip and anything else they can think of.
