It was interesting because temperatures dropped, and we had a huge snow storm, and the whole city just stopped. We had 10 inches of snow, but we had a fire place so we could keep the house warm. We haven't had any issues since the service was provided. I thought the price was good, I got online and started looking at furnaces. They were responsive, especially considering there was 10 inches of snow, and they had to slush through it. They could answer every question technically and what was going on. I was impressed. We are going to have them come out and service the air conditioner in the spring.

We bought a foreclosed house and the heating system hadn't been service in years. The filter was caked with dirt. The serviceman did a complete tune up and brought the heating system back to factory specks, cleaned it up and checked the whole system. The system is heat pump with natural gas as backup/sub freezing temps. After the fellow left, the house warmed much more evenly and with much less gas electrical expense.

It was wonderful! They were pretty thorough. My only complaint is that they told me they would give me an estimate to expand my intake pipe and they never got back me.

Daniel was professional, polite and quick with the service. He always called before arrival and was punctual arriving when he said he would. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Would not hesitate to call again and request him.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal from Air Unlimited Heating and Cooling for a furnace tune-up on Sunday, February 9, 2014. We were starting to notice some problems with our furnace kicking on regularly that weekend and were getting nervous as the temperatures were so bitter then. Promptly on Monday morning, I received a call from a very polite gentleman, Sal Cangelosi, from Air Unlimited. I was relieved that he could come out the very next day because I didn't expect him to have available appointments so soon during what I figured was "high season" for furnace problems. On Monday night, our furnace shut down completely, and we awoke on Tuesday to 57 degrees inside our home. Sal arrived right on time and was very friendly, professional, and even wore shoe protectors while walking through our home to get to the basement. Sal started right in on his tune-up work, and it didn't take long for him to discover that our blower motor had frozen, the ball bearings were bad, and it was not repairable. He showed me the motor after pulling it out, and I was able to see what he was explaining to me about the problems and why the motor could not be repaired. It quickly became obvious to me how knowledgeable he was. Sal answered every question I had and also offered other advice for optimal furnace performance. He had the replacement motor and required parts right there in his company vehicle, so two hours after his arrival, our furnace was tuned up and running! He gave us a 10% discount on the repairs as part of the Angie's List Deal I had purchased. I would highly recommend Air Unlimited Heating and Cooling to anyone with furnace problems, and we plan to hire this company again for future work, checks, and tune-ups.

The service was all right. The contractor was good and explained what he was doing. He was thorough and there wasn't anything negative about the service.

I had a wonderful experience with Sal and his associate. We woke up to a very cold home one morning and called Sal. We spoke directly with him and he scheduled a same-day time frame (2 hours, very reasonable) to come out and inspect/repair our furnace. They arrived within that time frame, completed the inspection and repair, explained the repairs, and were finished all in about an hour. We were very pleased with their professionalism, price, repairs and would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others.

I am really pleased with the time and patience taken to explain the details to me and what to look for in the future. Highly recommend trying this company.

Educated me in some items concerning the furnace. Fixed some things I didn't know were not correct. Very helpful .

He showed up on time, checked and cleaned the furnace/filter and said it was good to go. Since the inspection, I have not worried about whether the furnace would go out on a cold day - peace of mind.

Sal is a great professional. He evaluated the problem with my furnace and explained what needed to be done. He was scheduled to be here between 11-1pm and was able to come early. He also called before coming. He fixed the problem and provided a tune-up. I plan to have the company out for my spring checkup for the air condition. Excellent service provider.

I called them in the morning and they said they could be out between 12:00-2:00pm (arrived around 2:30 - but prior job ran long). I can't hold this against them as the temps are in the teens and people need to keep warm. I was expecting the worst, cost wise, as I didn't know my problem. Hoped it would be simple. Turned out to be a dirty sensor which they (Sal and Daniel) said is common. Cleaned the sensor, did the tune-up and were done in 30-40 minutes. Very nice gentlemen and very friendly. I will be having them back for my Spring A/C tune-up. I'll have them back, which considering I expect good service and can be demanding, is the best compliment I can provide.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was excellent. My experience with him was very pleasant. The gentleman, Sal, came over and was very professional. He offered good tips and took care of business. He actually went above and beyond from what I would expect from a tune up. He was courteous and polite.

It worked out fine. He gave me a good estimate and told me what was going to happen next. He was really upfront and told me to get some more numbers, go around check and call. He is a real good guy and real polite. It was a big deal purchase. He wanted to replace the whole unit and he gave me the best price for the whole unit replacement. I actually found someone to replace a part of it. He was a lot cheaper than the guy I found.

Very professional and seemed to really know what they were doing. My furnace is just 3 1/2 years old, and runs fine, but I like to have is maintained and I'll stick with these guys. I also arranged for an air conditioning check up this April.

Will definatly be my HVAC service provider from now on. Quick response to schedule appointment and he was even able to fix an issue with my furnace within the tune-up so there was no extra charge. Professional and knowledgeable service, I highly recommend!

Had a mix-up with my address so he was a bit late but that was ok. He was very courteous, professional, and knows about older furnaces.

Sal answered my request, set up an app that was convenient for me, called me when he was running a few minutes late (it was a rainy day), came that evening even though it was already well into the dinner hour, did his work without trying to rush through it. He was very thorough and friendly, and, most important, was honest with me without trying to sell me anything extra.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I purchased 2 of them because I have 2 furnaces. He was excellent. He was very well informed and taught me a lot about it. I certainly expect to use them again. I was impressed.
