They had to reschedule my service three times. The first two times were for legitimate reasons, not the third time. But none of those three times did they ever contact me to let me know they needed to reschedule my appointment. It was always me calling them to figure out if they were working, if not how late would they be, and that's when I'd find out something had happened and they needed to reschedule. On the day work was actually going to happen, they said they'd be at my house by 10am. I had a family member go to my house to make sure they got started at 10 and by 10:30 they still weren't there. I called them a 10:30 and said if they weren't at my house in 15 minutes to start work they shouldn't bother showing up at all. Right at 10:45 my family member called and said they'd shown up. A little less than 4 hours later I speak to their supervisor to ask if he can call the next day to take payment since the person paying would be unavailable the rest of the day. In the words of the supervisor, "Yes, that's fine. I just talked to my guys and they were finished cutting branches. They're just cleaning up." That evening I get home and see a total mess. Branches far too big to mow over and far too many for me to pile up and store were scattered all over my yard. A pile of old branches they said they'd haul away was still there. My cable lines they had lowered to the ground were still on the ground. Two of the main branches I needed taken down were still on my tree. My patio had not been cleared of leaves as they promised. And yet, "they were finish and were just cleaning up." When I called the foreman that evening to ask when they were coming back out to finish the job, he had no clue what I was talking about. He and his supervisor thought the job was done. His excuse was, "I haven't even been out there yet to see how it got finished." When they finally came out at 5:45pm the next day the foreman even admitted that his guys didn't do what he had asked. So they employee workers who cannot complete a job without supervision. When I called the supervisor around 6pm he claimed that there was just a little raking that needed doing and that was it (without even looking at my yard). And that I was blowing everything out of proportion; that it wasn't a big deal. His men did 3.5 hours of work the first day and decided that was a job well done. The next day the same number of men came back out and did 3 hours of work to finish. So only doing half the job is "a little raking" and "not a big deal". I never once received so much as an apology from the supervisor and only got some excuse apologies from the foreman only after it was clear to him I was not happy. And they never once tried to make it right by saying, "Since you've had to have this rescheduled so many times and it took two days to get it all finished when it should have only taken one, if you have any other projects you need done, we'll do them for half price." Or "We'll knock off $100 for the hassle." They didn't offer to compensate me for the vacation time I had to take off work to be home the day they actually started work because I had to be there to talk to the foreman while we looked at everything, nor the gas money and time they wasted of my family member who drove to my house to wait on them on two different occasions. So, in summary, NO COMMUNICATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WORK ETHIC.

Went very well. They have done work for me in the past. I would definitely work with them in the future.
