"They were very accommodating to My time. They called me immediately and arranged to come the next morning on time. The repair man had a challenging time Moving my refrigerator. He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. Their price was fair and they told me toward the end what the cost would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another appliance fixed I would surely call Them refrigerator stopped"

"Cannot recommend this supposed "Consumer Service" company. If you have any skills at ordering parts and installing parts you would be much better off doing it yourself. This company has no idea what customer service is. From the person answering the phone to the others ordering and taking delivery of new parts. A simple motor replacement on our dryer took 3 weeks to accomplish."
