Tried to get a quote for 100,000 mile service check. No one responded the 1st or 2nd attempt via Angie's List.

I had used this shop for years, but this time I want to give them bad a bad review. Their staff like Mike, Jaya are very helpful and nice, but the owner is not. My car, 2002 I35 infinite, need service. Yes it is old but in very good condition. It immediately started leaking oil after the $1205.89 service. This is the first time oil leak since I own it because I park it in my garage all the time. Mike tried to help, and give me some discount. After spent $596.37 for repairing the leak problem, I was told problem solved. But it leaked exactly the same area and same spot. Had to come back to shop again. They kept saying my car was too old, and they did nothing on it. They identified it was power steel hose leaking, however I told them the power steel hose was replaced three years ago. Then they added some liquid to help identify the leak spot, asked me come back in a week. Came back and then found the right leak spot which had nothing to do with my power steel. Yes, I am very frustrate after 5 time visits, I had some talks with Mike then the owner came in and told me they did nothing wrong. He said that I was wasting their time just because I was talking to them on leak issue. Come on, spent $2000 and took me 6 visits total, tried to waste your time? I have my own busy job. I don't believe it is right way to treat customer. This is will be my last visit to this shop. I don't want to mislead anybody, just told the truth and my experience there.

The Auto Clinic verified my suspensions saving me $350. They were very professional and I brought my SUV in the next day to have a vibration in a wheel fixed. In the end I had two cars taken care of properly and saved nearly $450.

I went to a website to look for mechanics and I found a couple in Lees Summit and checked out the websites and the Auto Clinic had a contact form on the website, so I was able to send them a message telling them what work I needed done. They called me the next day with a price quote and also noted that the dealer missed suggesting the transmission fluid. Even with the transmission fluid, they came in about $150 less than what the dealer quoted. Since I have a long list of things to get done, I like being able to go in on a website and submit that list. My only complaint about the Auto Clinic is that they have a teeny tiny waiting room and it actually discourages people from waiting. They have a shuttle. They pretty much insisted that I use the shuttle and come home.

They are always efficient and fair. As a single retired woman, I especially value the respectful treatment I always receive and the options they provide. Also, maintaining my car with the Auto Clinic means I always have a warning of what's coming up in the future. They are my "go to" when it comes to all things Automobile.

My experience with the Auto Clinic was great! They have always been very honest and cost effective with repairs. They did an extremely thorough and prompt inspection job on my vehicle. In fact, the repairs were done early and they even changed my warn windshield wiper blades without any reminder from me. I had forgotten to tell them to fix the blades and by the time I called to remind them it was already taken care of! Marshall treated me with the utmost respect and answered all of my questions with a friendly smile. Marshall went out of his way to make what could have been a stressful situation an easy and pleasant encounter. He made sure my vehicle was safe for the winter for me and my 2-year-old son. From now on I will be returning to the Auto Clinic for all my repairs. Thanks again for providing excellent service and genuine caring!!!

Perfect. Fast. Exactly as they told me. Found other items on my vehicle which should be monitored. They consulted with me. They did not try and scare me. Very honest team at The Auto Clinic.

It went very well. I have used Auto Clinic for about 10 yrs. now, and I would not take my car anywhere else. They are honest, prompt, courteous, professional, and have excellent customer service. When I had my car serviced with the above, I was in and out in just under an hour.

Everyone at The Auto Clinic is awesome beyond compare. They always provide courtesy and fast service at a reasonable price. They are friendly; they will come pick me up if I need a ride after leaving our car for service, or they will deliver me safely back home if we need to leave the car and I don't have a ride. Everything went smooth, Called Gene that morning and he had a tow truck their in 15 minutes, then he took care of everything until I picked up the vehicle. Fantastic service...

Work was discussed and described. Work was done timely. Car runs better, a much smoother ride than before.

Service is always great. Very reasonably priced and can get you in quickly in case of emergencies.

The Auto Clinic was able to squeeze me into a next day appointment on a pre-purchase auto inspection. The process took about an hour, and they were very thorough. They sat down with me and walked me through the results step-by-step, helping reveal the precise history and condition of the car. As it turned out, there were numerous major issues, and I chose not to purchase this vehicle. For only $80, they saved me thousands. I would highly recommend the Auto Clinic.

I?m from out of town and said I needed this done ASAP as I?m leaving on Tuesday. He suggested to leave it with them but seemed insensitive and said that he wasn?t able to accommodate me. He wouldn?t suggest or do anything and overall he was of no help.

Last Sunday my car started making a noise while I was driving it that sounded like something was wrong with the motor. I called the Auto Clinic on Monday and set up a time to bring it in on Tuesday. When I drove the car in to the Auto Clinic it had stopped making the noise. They called me and said they'd driven it and checked all over and it sounded fine to them. I know nothing about cars. They could have told me it needed a new transmission and I would have believed them but they didn't. This place is professional in every way. The people are wonderful to deal with. We've been taking our cars there for several years now and will continue to use the Auto Clinic. It is nice to know you can trust a garage to only perform work on your car that is necessary and to not over charge you for the work they do.

In addition to the problems I mentioned above, they found muffler system is leaky and A/C doesn't work. Both were issues I was already aware of. They could not put car on a computer because it is an '83 Mercedes and he said he could not fix the idle problem. I fixed it later by taking off the idle control valve and simply cleaning it with carb cleaner. Easy fix. Found valve location on YouTube. Shop is clean and people very nice to talk to. I might use them again if they were closer to my home.

They are great. They are terrific. They are very punctual, if they give you an appointment for a certain time, that is the time they take you. I have never had any problem with things they have fixed on my car. Their prices are a little higher, but their work is very quality. They are the best place I have ever taken my car to be fixed. I won't use anybody else now.

He explained to me exactly what the problem was, diagnosed it, fixed, and it's probably been 5-6 weeks but there were no issues, did a great job and I was very pleased. They checked my wife's car and told me it's actually the right wheel bearing and not the left, got the work done ahead of schedule, and asked what they rally quoted me. I called them ahead but didn't tell them I'm going to wait for it and their shuttle had already left so I was kind of stuck and so they gave me another car to drive for the day, they helped me out there, got the work done quicker than I anticipated, and paid less than what they quoted me.

They did a good job. They had the work done in one day. I would refer them to others.

They are very honest, trust worthy. They don’t try to sell you things that you don’t need. They ended up saving us a ton of money when I took my husband’s car there to be inspected.

We have gone to the Auto Clinic for a plethora of issues over the years on our vehicles, from tune ups to spark plugs to motor mounts to water pumps, fuel pumps, a/c to I can't name them all. Overall, we have been happy with the services. The prices are competitive. They are busy so make an appointment.

I had never been to auto clinic before but called my normal garage and could not get in until the following week. A friend suggested that I try Auto Clinic and I am glad I did. They got me in and out on Saturday and I had my car back for work on Monday. I now have two mechanics that I trust in Lees Summit.
