I needed a small stretch of gutter added to the front of my house. Of the 4 companies I contacted, Roberts was the only one that actually sent me the quote they promised. The price and timeline for installation were great. The gutters were installed on a Friday. Someone was supposed to be out the next week to paint them. A week and a half later I had to call and ask when the painter was coming. I was told the installer told them that I did not want them painted, which made no sense. A few days later I got a call and said the painter would be out Sunday and Monday to finish the work and pick up the rest of the materials that have been laying in my lawn for over 2 weeks now. It's now Wednesday and no one has come to finish the work or call to explain the delay. I made the mistake of paying the invoice before the paintwork, so that was my mistake. As mildly annoying as this is, they are still the first gutter company that actually gave me a quote. The price was good and getting the gutters installed was the most important part. Another update. it has now been 2 months since I paid my invoice. No one will answer my calls or return my messages about painting the gutters, which is already paid for. I finally was able to talk to a person today after multiple attempts, and they immediately transferred me a voice mailbox so I can leave another message that will probably also be ignored like the previous ones.

I hired them to simply re-route one downspout. They recommended that I replace the gutter as well as it would help with how we were re-routing the downspout (which I was fine with). The day they are supposed to do the work, no one shows up. I had to call them multiple times to get any notification of why they were not there. Multiple days later, someone shows up only to leave because he did not have the right gutter hangers (and leaves the gutter and downspout sitting in my driveway). This is fine, except no one called me to tell me what was going on. I did not even know anyone had shown up until I saw the gutter in my driveway and called them up to ask what was going on. Long story, short, the guy never came back to complete the job (even a week later). I called them up and told them that I would find someone else. I was just pleasantly surprised to receive an invoice requesting payment for the work that had not been completed (head can not stop shaking). The only pleasant thing about the entire experience was Bill, who was very nice and very apologetic about how poor the service had been.

I received three quotes for gutter replacements and this one was actually the highest of the three. I also looked at how long the warranty coverage is and what it covered. How long the company was in business and if they had an actual office versus working out of their garage as an independent. I had also searched other sites for reviews and/or complaints and how they were resolved. The cheapest price isn't always the best price and for the preservation of my home for the long run, I'll spend a little more money. Everything was done to my satisfaction. I was happy with the work crew for my job.

I hired William to power wash my home, when he was done, my house was a mess, put ripples through the siding, William came out, took pictures, sent a painter to come out to look at the work and said the siding was destroyed, he agreed to come out and paint the house after winter, I did get a call from the painter in the spring and he said he was ready to paint the house and asked me to to call William and let him know, I did, he said he will call the painter an tell him him when he gets into town I will pick up supplies for him to get start, now William will not answer my calls or text,

Overall it was a good experience. They were on time, completed work in a timely manner. I would use them again

Got my job done the same day I hired them. Was able to pay for their work with a credit card. No physical contact with anyone during this pandemic. Work was completed in a timely manner. However, the workman wasn't very talkative and it was hard to find out if more needed to be done.
