He arrived promptly, was polite and professional. The work was completed quickly and he was able to answer all of our questions.

They were able to provide service same day. Customer service was great. They came and did their work without disruption. Also made sure to latch both gates when they left so the dogs couldn't get out.

Waited all day never came finally called rescheduled for next day. Over one day and two hours late for the job.

I had bought the metal mesh leaf guards that went under the edge of your shingles and snapped under the edge of your gutter, Will, was the guys name and he said he couldnt get the shingles up to place the guards under them but he said he could get them to work, well I am a senior 68 yrs. and I could not see the end results, but today I got my ladder out on my back porch and it was a disaster I took pictures of the back they are all bent up and he screwed them on and on my back room he put screws through my roofing don't know if it will start leaking or not but I had all new roofing put on 3 years ago , good 40 year roofing. I also had new guttering put on 2 years ago. I didn't want screw holes in my gutters or roofing ,and I tried telling him he was pushing my gutters out of shape and he got all bent out of shape and told me that that maybe I ought to call someone else, but by that time he had already done over half of it. And I could not see how he was putting them in. I havent yet got my extension ladder out to see the front or the sides, my house is about 23 ft. tall on the sides and front , but I plan on looking at them also soon as I can get someone to climb up there to take more pictures. I am very up set and I am going to turn this company in to the state , I know I purchased the guards but if he could not install them the right way then he should have refused to installed them. I am very upset and unsatisfied , now I have to buy new guards and pay someone else to install them, hope my roof wont leak .I am going to take more pictures and turn this company in. He probably didn't think I would climb up and check, I am to old to be climbing that high on a ladder. Very upset. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

Eager for my business. Advised of lower bid received and offered to meet bid if I wanted or pay a bit more to have gutters sealed. That sounded like the better deal. Gutters were cleaned the next day but the gentlemen that came out knew nothing about the sealant that was promised. Also, no before and after pictures were offered. Questionable tactics to get business but did an overall good job. Just be honest with what you can and can't do.

Roberts Complete Restoration was easy to work with, and so far as I can tell, they did a great job. They arrived when they said they would and appeared to be capable and professional.

Updating my original review. Bottom line, things did not go well the first time out but ultimately Bill and his son Will made things right. I appreciate them standing behind their work. I will use again.

I would not recommend these guys at all; total amateurs. I was told they would arrive between 12-2, they arrived at 10. I was told they would call me the morning off my appointment, I did not recieve a call. I was told they would only charge me for the areas that had leaves, but the sent me the invoice before they even arrived to see where the leaves were. I was told they would not leave any waste behind, not only did they leave waste all over my A/C unit, one of them left a cigarette butt on my patio. I was told I would receive before and after pictures, they didn't take any, or at least they never sent them to me. I called to report all of this with no answer. I left a message asking to be called back and after almost a week, I still haven't heard anything. I hope someone from this company reads this to see how terribly they did. I will never use this company again and I recommend none of you do either.

Will Roberts (son) was the one to clean my gutters. He was clean. Cut good manners and explained what he was going to do including before and after pictures. He did exactly that. I have gutter guards everywhere but the back porch. He actually flushed that out with my house. You can not go wrong using this company.
