 + -1 moreWe feel very happy in our home and Rose has been one of the main reasons we have been able to transform a beaten-up foreclosure into a like-new home with a reasonable price tag. Rose is easy to work with, always reachable, has a high quality network of contractors and vendors, utilizes your input and tastes in decorating your home and is very reasonable (flat fee or $75/hr). We will continue to use Rose as we update our home in the years to come. With work and kids, it has been a blessing to have someone with her expertise that can get projects done in a short amount of time and with a reasonable budget.
Description of Work: We have used Rose with PrimRose Interiors on three separate occasions since we purchased a foreclosure in need of repair in February 2010. The first time in February 2010, we had two weeks to turn a home that was in need of much repair into a move-in ready home. With two spouses working and 2 children under age 3, we had little time to meet with contractors, monitor contractors, and see the various projects carried out in full. Rose met with us numerous times to go over color and design decisions and then had her network of contractors (electrician, plumber, flooring, granite, etc.) arranged to come in and have the home ready for occupancy 10 days later. Since then, Rose has helped us two additional times as we continue to upgrade the look and feel of our house including a kitchen remodel this past month. Additionally, Rose has done commercial work for our family-owned retail shoe business here in KC and has really made a difference in how warm and inviting the stores are now.
