PRICE IS RIGHT TREE CARE

Nathan, the owner, came out to look at my project the day after I called him for a bid. He was on time and professional. We looked at the trees needing trimmed and discussed my objectives. He offered what I feel was a fair and reasonable bid. As he had a crew working down the street at the time, he was able to take care of the job that same afternoon. The crew did an excellent of trimming and shaping my trees, including two peach trees that had not been professionally pruned for over 4 years. Nathan and his crew were easy to work with and very responsive and professional. I especially appreciate that they stayed in communication with me while performing the work to ensure it was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely call them with any future tree work I need performed and am pleased to recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work at a fair price.

I contacted the company in 2015 to get a quote for removing a dying cottonwood tree in the back yard of my property. The cottonwood was extremely large and located within approx 20 feet of the KCPL transformer. Their bid price was excellent and I accepted it after comparing with other companies. I was warned that the process to get the tree removed would be lengthy and problematic due to its proximity to the edge of our property, the transformer and the high voltage power lines running in four directions from it. The company worked with KCPL to schedule line drops. KCPL took a long time to sort things out on their end but the company kept persisting and getting it pushed through as fast and as correctly as possible. When the time came for the line drop and the tree removal, the company came out the afternoon before to take down a section of my fence and get their bucket lift, chipper and bobcat into the back yard. They also did some preliminary work that afternoon to make the next days work go much faster. On the actual day of removal, the company had approx 7 people and more trucks come. They worked efficiently, fast and cautiously to ensure that everything went without any problems. I would recommend Price is Right Tree Care. They bid excellently and the work carried out was exactly and specified.

It's simple. Their low cost is fantastic, the work spectacular, and they actually came out a week sooner than expected. As good as it gets, by golly.

This provider was one of three tree companies that gave an estimate, and was much lower than the top estimate and slightly lower than the second. I chose this company for it's good reviews on Angie's list and because of the creative solution of the co-owner for removing the tree from a somewhat enclosed space. It was a very old and tall spruce that was dying from the top, and was surrounded by my garage, the neighbors fence, and a smaller evergreen which I did not want damaged. He suggested he could subcontract for a crane and swing the tree straight up and then over all the obstacles to the front yard area in order to then break it down for hauling away. When the crane truck pulled up, the tree company took numerous precautions not to damage my driveway nor lawn from weight of the truck before moving on to tree removal. The actual removal of the bulk of the tree was actually done in one "fell swoop" --amazing to watch, and went very smoothly without incident, and then they removed what was remaining of the stump, and ground down the remainder to haul away as we had discussed. I found the owner very reliable and dependable to deal with, and his crew did a good job.

Nathan and his guys are great! I called to set up a time for the seasoned 2 cords of wood to be delivered. Nathan called me back within a few days. It was delivered by Jeff who came to the door,asked where I would like it to be placed. He put it where I asked him to, and made sure it was all on my yard, not the neighbors. We share a property line on that side of the house. Just couldn't ask for better guys to do there job,and they do it very well!! I used them last year for 2 cords also. Same great service, very good seasoned, cut to good length for my fireplace. I chose not to have them stack it for me. They will stack it for you, (for $20.00) what's not to love about that? If the weathermen are right about this winters longevity. I will be calling Nathan for another 2 cords to have on hand. Really can't say enough good things about them!!

I really thought they did a great job. While it took a while for them to finally get out to my house after the initial call (understanding that they were busy with recent storms), they acknowledged that it took them longer than usual to come out. However, they did a terrific job. Everything was trimmed per my request and they cleaned up and hauled everything away. I'll definitely use them in the future.

They were nice, courteous, helpful and performed the service a week earlier than expected, which was REALLY nice. The price is VERY fair and the work was done quickly. We had 2 medium-sized trees cut down, a very tall maple trimmed, a huge magnolia trimmed, and they helped trim some low-hanging branches from a pair of pear trees for us. We will definitely use them again!

I had tried unsuccessfully for a month to get someone to do some tree trimming and brush removal in preparation for putting my house on the market. I was up against a deadline and needed it done as soon as possible. In desparation, I tried the SnapFix service from Angie's. I called on Monday morning an was told someone would be in contact with me in a day or two. That afternoon Price Is Right called me; they were in the neighborhood and would come over to look at the situation immediately. They came over, looked at everything and, since I was going to be selling, suggested several other 'fixes' that should be done . . . they were right! But said they were booked up for the next month! Perhaps they could work me in in about two weeks. Having no other solution, I agreed. That was on Monday. On Thursday, they called as told me they could do it the next day! On Friday, their team showed up and went to work, making short work of everything on the list . . . and more that they found that should be done to make everything look better! Hard-working, accommodating, cheerful, efficient, friendly. They were done in an hour and a half, with everything cleaned up better than it was when they started! What a lifesaver! I WILL use them again, whenever I have any tree work to be done.

He did a neighbor's of mine and with their yard, he did a great job. But when he came to my place, he climbed up in the oak tree and they just started cutting limbs and let them fall to the ground and left huge gouges in my yard. When it was time to pick up the limbs, they didn't do a good job. The basically tore up my yard pretty bad with the equipment that they were using. They did not do that to my neighbor, I'm not sure why they did that to me.

Nathan and Joshua were incredibly easy to work with. We had 2 enormous trees that needed removal at a new property that we are renovating and also asked for removal of one medium sized red bud tree as well as trimming of a gigantic 100-yr old oak tree at our current residence. We received an estimate for all of the work on the SAME DAY that i first contacted Nathan ... and the price was definitely right. Because work was being performed at a construction site, we had to coordinate between Joshua and our contractor. Joshua was extremely accommodating: he promptly provided paperwork required by our builder -- and he and Nathan even went so far as to meet with our swimming pool manufacturer on site to discuss how to best clear the trees to make way for the pool. The stumps for the 3 trees removed were ground down 12" and the oak tree looks great. These guys were awesome. I would highly recommend Price Is Right and we will definitely be using them again.

I called the company and Nathan answered professionally. He indicated he'd get out the next day to provide an estimate and he did this. I met him at the house and my neighbor also took the time to engage him for work as well. Nathan and his crew ended up coming to do the work a day before scheduled (with permission) due to weather concerns. He and his crew did a fabulous job and the price was fair and reasonable. I failed to mention to him when he provided the written estimate that there was a couple of limbs that I needed him to remove as well. He came back later to address this request and did not charge any more for this work. A truly pleasurable experience.

I would rate him an A on all the categories. He is really good. He has good price, punctual, professional and the wood is excellent. Quality is great.

It was a little confusion about when the delivery would be made. But when it arrived is was a generous half cord of wood that was very well seasoned. Neatly stacked. Will definitley call again.

The job went well. The whole crew was professional.

The reason I am saying not very professional. is that there are oil spots all over my driveway, and they have not come off with various methods I have tried. Their equipment leaks, and if I had known that, I would have asked for tarps to be put down to protect my driveway. There are some very large spots still on there.

They didn't deliver everything I asked for, so we made a deal on what they did deliver.

Nathan views his business in a very professional manner. It is hard to find someone in the tree care business who has any idea of what customer service is about. I left him a message requesting a quote on a cord of firewood. He promptly called me back and he gave me all the details. Based on his information we scheduled a time to have the wood delivered and stacked. Several days before that date Jason called and asked if they could deliver early which was no problem. When he arrived I showed him where I wanted to firewood. In less than an hour he had the would neatly stacked where I had asked. The wood is really well-seasoned oak split perfectly for my fireplace. Virtually no rounds. When finished, Jason politely went over other services that Price Is Right Tree Care can provide me. Will definitely use them for all tree services going forward. Great price. Great product. Great service. Thanks.

Great. Even though they were running late, the guys were very professional. No problems and very friendy. Great dry, mixed, hard wood. Enjoying now......Thanks, Nathan and your crew.

The job went well. The crew (8 men) took 3 hours to complete the job. The crew was very concerned about the details of what I wanted. The company had a back log of jobs but got to me in ten days of the bid. I can understand the back log their prices are very reasonable.

them again if needed.We had several large trees that did not survive the winter and others damaged by the late heavy snow this spring. Nathan and his crew did an excellent job of trimming and removing the trees. This was 2 full days work for 9 people. They made sure I was satisfied with the work and cleaned up all the debris. This is the second time I have used their services and will use

My husband arranged to take off early from his job in order to meet the owner at our home for an estimate on cutting down a dead tree & also removal of some dead limbs from some other trees. No one showed & no one called! In the age of cell phones this is totally inconsiderate, unprofessional & unacceptable. This Company will NOT be considered for any job by us.

All of the wood was 20 plus inches 1/4 was rounds can't even burn it in my insert. Fire don't light when I force it in.
