They were great!

Some of the shingles were falling on the ground and broke some lights, and they paid to have them replaced. They did a very fast job and I am pleased with their work.

The estimate was the cheapest of four I received, although some adjustments had to be made in the proposal. It still ended up being cheaper than the others, and the gentleman who performed the estimate was professional and courteous. The work was performed in a timely manner. I was kept informed of everything that was happening. One of the workers accidentally put a hole in my attic ceiling, and the company made sure that it was promptly taken care of. The cleanup could have been better, but the overall job was well done.

They gave us an estimate right away. They were busy so it took several weeks to schedule us. They finished the work quickly and cleaned up really well. We are very happy with the result.

This was a complicated roof replacement, and it went very well. Some of the old roofing was probably over 50 year old cedar shingles that created a real mess. I was pleased with the cleanup. The roof installed is Timberlane fiber glass and looks very nice. The crews are immigrants, and they worked very hard to get the job done in three days. Communication with the home office was excellent to resolve questions or problems that on-site people could not answer or solve because of authority or language problems.

I met with the owner prior to any work being completed. We discussed the estimate and he answered every question. I also had a short timeframe in which the work had to be done and he was able to work with that requirement. His crew was friendly and professional. They worked diligently and cleaned up well after they were finished. After the work was completed, I had a leak in the ceiling indoors when we had a heavy rain. They sent someone out to reflash the vent pipes and we have not had a problem since.

They never returned my call

This company was the only one of three that I contacted on Angie's List that would come out and give me an estimate. The representative was courteous and explained all the work that needed to be done. The insurance agreed with all that was needed without questions.

Wouldn't come out to give estimate unless insurance company came out first. Obviously, they didn't want the business.

They took their time and did a quality job. I was very pleased.

I HAD MANY QUESTIONS, BEING A FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNER AND THIS OBVIOUSLY BEING THE FIRST ROOF INVESTMENT, AND MIKE AND HIS TEAM WERE PATIENT WITH MY QUESTIONS. AFTER RECEIVING THE INITIAL CONTRACT, I MADE A CHANGE ABOUT ROOF SHINGLES AND VENTS. THE VENTS DIDN'T GET COMMUNICATED TO CREW BUT ONCE I EXPLAINED IT TO THEM, THE SWITCH WAS MADE AND DID NOT INTERFERE WITH GETTING THE JOB DONE. THE ROOF LOOKS GOOD. HIRED THE COMPANY TO INSTALL GUTTERS WHICH WORKED OUT OKAY, HOWEVER WASN'T AS HAPPY WITH INSTALLATION (AESTHETICALLY) IN ONE AREA AND ALSO CLEANUP. WHEN DISSATISFACTION WAS REPORTED ABOUT INSTALLATION OF GUTTERS, THE CREW CAME OUT NEXT DAY AND EXPLAINED THE WAY THE HOUSE IS DESIGNED, WE WOULD BE HAPPIER THE WAY THEY DID IT. WE DECIDED TO GO ALONG WITH RECOMMENDATION.

I HAD FIVE ESTIMATES, BUT THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST. IT WAS A VERY PROFESSIONAL GROUP. THEY ALSO HAVE A QUALITY CONTROL PERSON THAT CHECKS UP ON THE CREW AND CONSULTS WITH THE HOME OWNER. THEY KEEP YOU INVOLVED. THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS VERY HIGH BECAUSE OF THE EMPHASIS THEY PUT ON QUALITY CONTROL. THE CLEAN UP WAS VERY GOOD, I DID NOT FIND ONE NAIL. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.

THE WORK WAS DONE WELL FROM WHAT I CAN SEE AND THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA NICELY WHEN FINISHED.

I CALLED THEM ON A THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THEY WERE PUTTING TARP ON THURSDAY EVENING. THE SHINGLES WERE REPLACED ON FRIDAY. THEY WERE HONEST ABOUT THE WORK WE NEEDED DONE.

THESE GUYS ARE FAST! MY NEIGHBOR AND I WENT TOGETHER AND GOT A PACKAGE DISCOUNT. HIS HOUSE WAS DONE IN ONE DAY, AND MINE WAS DONE IN TWO. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, WORKED HARD, KEPT TO THEMSELVES. WE HAVE FOUND A FEW ERRANT NAILS AND DEBRIS THAT THEY MISSED PICKING UP, AND A COUPLE OF PERENNIALS GOT CLOBBERED, BUT OVERALL WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WORKED HARD AND DID A GOOD JOB. SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT MADE RUTS IN THE YARD, DUE TO THE WEATHER, AND THEY WERE SURE TO TAKE CARE OF THAT. THEY WORKED ON THE WEEKEND TO GET THINGS DONE. THEY RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY. THEY WERE VERY, VERY GOOD.

TWO SNAGS, BUT COMPANY WAS RESPONSIVE. ONE ROOFER BROKE THE GLASS IN ONE SKYLIGHT, AND PRECISION WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS WITH REPAIR, REPLACING (AND MATCHING) THE WHOLE SKYLIGHT INSTEAD OF JUST REPLACING THE BROKEN GLASS. LATER THE OTHER SKYLIGHT LEAKED, AND ONCE AGAIN PRECISION RESPONDED PROMPTLY, MADE THE (FLASHING) REPAIR AND WAS VERY APOLOGETIC. DESPITE THE SKYLIGHT PROBLEMS, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY.

USED LABORERS WHO MAY HAVE BEEN ILLEGAL. WORKED 10-12 HOURS A DAY. FAILED TO PROVIDE ESTIMATE FOR GUTTERS. CALLED THREE TIMES. NO ONE SHOWED. ENGAGED GUTTER CO.
