+ -1 moreRAY WAS VERY HELPFUL. I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT COMPUTERS AND HE WALKED ME THROUGH IT ALL.
Description of Work: CLEANED UP COMPUTER; IT WAS LOCKING UP. HE REMOVED THE SPYWARE AND THINGS ARE SO MUCH BETTER NOW.

+ -1 moreHE DID A GOOD JOB. THE COMPUTER IS FINE. HE'S NOT THE BEST AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS, BUT HE'S VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: BUILT A COMPUTER THAT INCLUDED ALL THE PROGRAMS I WANTED. ALSO HOOKED UP A NETWORK HUB FOR 2 COMPUTERS.
