About us

I am a one man operation, I work from home as I am a stay and home dad. I have over 10 years in IT, building, repairing and maintaining PC computers and networks. I specialize in home and small business services as well as offer web services and support. I am Comptia A+ and Network+ Certified and have help many certificates from major manufactures, like Dell, HP/Compaq, Toshiba and others. I support all brands of PCs but am not currently certified for Apple products. All services have a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated. If at any reason your problems return or persist, we will make it right. The warranty does not cover hardware, or user error, acts of god or abuse. I offer in shop service, that you can bring your computer to me, or in home, were I will come to you. These are priced accordingly and can be found under Services on the menu. I service Lees Summit and a 15 mile area, also offer 24/7 emergency services, so if your gaming rig shutdown 3am, I can be there in 30 minutes or less, in most cases.

Excellent. In fact, beyond excellent. If I could give this guy A+++++, I would. The first place I looked for a computer tech was here on Angie's List and just didn't see anyone that I felt comfortable with. I finally looked at other online reviews and that's where I found Nate. His reviews there were off-the-charts good. So, I decided to give him a try. I called and he was very nice. We ended deciding to take the hard drives out to his shop in Lee's Summit. He got to work immediately (seriously) and both were ready the same day. We also discussed setting it up so that any future work could be done via remote. That worked out well because I discovered one small problem and he was able to fix it that way. It was actually fun just sitting back and watching him make the changes needed to fix the problem. Saved a lot of driving! Now both computers run beautifully, I've been updated to Chrome (which I'd been avoiding), I have a back-up system in place and he even rescued me on a stupid error I made (I managed to mislabel over 5,000 files--giving them all the same name). I highly recommend Nate. His prices are more than fair, he's super-fast and very knowledgeable. We'll definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Repaired 2 computers. Replaced hard drive in one. The other was running slow so he checked it over and cleaned up all the problems.
