Marvin and his crew were prompt, considerate of my home, and did a very thourough job of eliminating the mold in my attic. Hopefully I never have this problem again. I definately would reccommend them to friends and family.

This is extraordinary because we did everything by phone (I was already living in my new home out of state). They don t do cheap service, but that s why you don t get cheap results! This is an honest company! I had some concerns because of a few black spots I found on my carpet. I was worried I had a major problem. Marvin came out and visited and inspected for about 20 minutes. He eased my mind and said I could fix the problem myself with some mold spray from Home Depot. He easily could have taken advantage of my worried mind but he was honest and helped me save a lot of money. He only charged me $25 for his time and expert advice. He showed up and went above and beyond helping us remove sheet rock allowing us to use some of his tools and even helped clean up. I chose to hire Marvin’s company, because of the website, which includes his personal story about the importance of air quality. Also, they have amazing reviews. I had suspicions about mold problems, but heard horror stories about the process and the cost. When our family started feeling bad, after returning home from visiting family over Christmas, I decided to do some research. Marvin returned my call the same day. Set up a free inspection for the next day. Removed the mold and treated the areas the following Monday morning. The biggest surprise was there wasn’t as much mold as I feared, and the process and price were reasonable. He includes a 6 year warranty with his service. I believe Marvin truly cares about helping families to have healthier air quality.

Marvin Littlepage, the owner of the company, contacted me the first day I signed up on Home Advisors. I had a leak under my bathroom vanity and as a result, mold developed. Another contractor came out and said that I would have to demolish my entire custom-made vanity in order to get rid of the mold. Marvin was able to remove the wood that was affected. He used a high grade dehumidifier to dry out the area. After everything was completely dry, he came back , treated the area and painted it with a white mold sealant to give it a protective coating. It turned out great! No more mold and no more smell. This job also included a 6 year written "No Mold" Guarantee that can be transferred to a new owner. I am very pleased.
