Excellent service. Fully explained what would be done to eradicate mold and affected areas and followed through. Area was left neat and clean, ready for installation of insulation and drywall.

Marvin always answered the phone and/or got back to us right away. They were very professional. I would prefer to rate them a 5. The only disappointing thing was it we had to wait over a week when our situation was an emergency in that our tenants had to be relocated to a hotel at our expense. It would've been nice to have quicker service.

The technician was on-time and knew his business well. He was personable and was in and out in a very timely manner. He also explained in detail what he was looking for in his visual inspection as we walked through the house.
