This efficient and thoughtful team performed exactly to schedule for the cabinet installation. The granite subcontractor was superior and speedy. Midtown Home Improvements and E&B Granite produced a quality and timely upgrade despite a severe accident/injury experienced by a prime contractor. No excuses; great professionals.

Midtown did our kitchen remodel 2 years ago and this past June they installed new windows. Everyone with the company was very professional, respectful and efficient! We are very please with both projects and will definitely use Midtown again.

The workers did a good job on my kitchen. They were hard workers but I had to have them back several times to redo some of their work. Once they fixed the problem areas the tile work looked good.

We had a communication problem in the beginning which would have resulted in a smaller deck than originally planned. The project managers worked with us to "make it right" and we are very happy with the result. It's a beautiful, colorful deck and larger than what we had before. Good job!

Midtown installed our fence last fall. The time from my initial phone call and project completion was only about 3 weeks. The fence looks fantastic. I really appreciate that Midtown took care of the permit and fees - I didn't have to deal with the City at all. Very convenient!

The workers were very pleasant and efficient. They were also very neat, there was never a big mess left in the yard.

Was able to repair rather than replace the 4 woodpecker infested house wooden columns and utilize materials to deter birds from returning and further damaging home. Has been over 9 months since work was done with no further bird damage.

They were awesome. The salesman was super knowledgeable and really helped us to feel good about the product we were buying. The installer, Kim, and his team were fast and super courteous. They took good care to make sure our house stayed clean. They installed one window at a time in an assembly line fashion and moved quick. All this being said, when the windows arrived they didn't have the correct number of pane lines (not sure what those are called) and so Kim and his crew installed what they could and promised to make it right. He did what he said! He followed up personally and did the work himself so that he could check every window himself. The attention he gave to our product and home is what makes them the company they are. The product is top quality! Our house feels solid, it's weird to say, but as soon as their windows started going in the house changed in feel from a house to a rock solid house. It took a little longer to get it all done than we would have preferred, but we have the best windows and our house looks amazing. We will definitely be calling them again.

Midtown walked me through each step in the process, had high quality materials and excellent installation. We are very, very pleased with the final product!

Installer did an excellent job

The work was done quickly. And my windows look great.

The deck looks great, it is well built and maintance free, I love the idea of that. These guys cleaned up after themselves daily and had attention to detail making sure they locked the second latch on my gate at the end of the day.

Midtown did an excellent job keeping me informed on the status of my door. On the day of install, the installer was professional, friendly, and very talented. I had a tricky odd sized jam, and he completely custom fit the door. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished result.

Wow! Dave did an amazing job on my kitchen. He was professional, courteous, and very clean throughout the reno. I was never left with a mess. The attention to detail was incredible! Seriously, even the screws on the outlet & switch covers were all turned to the same spot. I've been called O.C.D., I prefer the term perfectionist, but it's the little things I notice.

We have used Midtown before for other projects (Kitchen re-model) and their work was top grade and their service was very professional. We have now signed a contract with then to build a fence and their sales rep was very good and professional

Dependable and courteous

They did a good job and completed the project ahead of schedule.

My project was started on April 12, 2018 and I do not consider it finished yet. The first crew walked off the job and left an 18 in by 6 ft opening to the outdoors element. The project manager came out and nailed some pressed wood that had nail holes so it was very hard to keep the house warm. When a new crew came to work on the job, Will was the lead on that crew and he was great to work with. The Project Manager, Don Edwards, was only interested in "slapping" trim work around the new window and sliding glass door I was having installed, along with 3 other windows. Don Edwards was going to patch the sheet rock that had been ripped out by the first crew and then Don himself came and cut the sheet rock leading me to believe the work would look professional. I understand Don is no longer with Midwest Home Improvement and a new Project Manager, Troy, was assigned to my project. Unfortunately, Troy was hospitalized. I was contacted by Jarod Blade with Midtown on May 15, 2018 to set a time for Will to come and do the final sanding on the tape and mud work done by Don. I explained to Jarod during that call that I thought more mud and sanding would be required. Will came out the next day and sanded. Tosha Larsen with Midtown contacted me on May 18, 2018 to let me know that the work was completed and reported that it looked beautiful and when could we get together for me to pay the balance of the project. I asked Tosha if I could have a walk through before I finalized anything with Midtown. Tosha said absolutely and asked what time worked best. I told her I could be available Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday early morning or late afternoon. As of today, I have not heard back from Midtown. From the start of the work on my project it was evident Midtown is a window company and NOT a home improvement company.

Very honest and good service ?

The quality is good and the work was done quickly once we got an install date. I didn't really shop around, other than to check out the prices at Home Depot and Lowe's on doors and installation. I think we could have probably gotten it done cheaper, but it would have been a cheaper product. Of course, I'm sure everyone would like to have projects done for less than they cost. I can definitely tell a difference between our old, builder grade door and the door we got from Midtown. Nice job!
