I didn?t end up using this company after 2 visits totaling over 6 hours, 2 cancellations, and several phone calls for a different client which must of had our details crossed. On the final design phase visit, he had nothing for me to see visually! When they called 5 days later to reschedule another visit, I told them NO THANK YOU AND PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR DO JOT CALL LIST.

The sliding door not installed yet, waiting for the manufacturer to complete our order. However, Midtown HI has been keeping me informed.

We completed this window project this week. Im very satisfied with the windows and installation. During this entire effort, All my interactions with the sales and service reps were professional and positive. I received my written warranty. No surprises. Im confident if I experience any issues with the windows, Midtown will be there to support me.

Midtown offered us competitive prices for a complete kitchen gut and remodel, performed the work within 7 weeks, and gave us a gorgeous kitchen with greatly increased functionality. The contractor on the job (Rick) did work of seamless quality and Pat at Midtown coordinated all aspects of the process and stayed in touch with us throughout. Midtown does a large volume of work in our area and has well-established relationships with other companies. They all worked together to get us swatches of materials (cabinetry, tile, granite, backsplash) so that we could make coordinating choices. Their coordinating companies also did a very professional job on the ceramic tile and granite countertop installation, and arranged with us to get a no touch activated faucet and lovely drawer pulls to go with our beautiful new cabinetry. Rob at Midtown helped us to redesign our kitchen for much better functionality and the whole team at Midtown provided us with a gorgeous and much more functional dream kitchen that we're going to enjoy cooking in for many years.

The vinyl siding product was top quality. It stands out and looks better than many others in the neighborhood.

Great communication. Took a while to get a permit, but after that went very quickly. I love my deck!

They got my deck torn down and rebuilt a month earlier than I had expected. I couldn't be happier.☺

The main issue with Midtown is the poor communication. The project took over a month longer than quoted. Multiple people told us a different story every time. The actual install was painless and quick. The quality was good. I would not recommend or use again.

We started this project early August, we are still waiting.

great company, great work

I ordered 9 replacement windows initially, of those 9, 3 were the wrong size. The installation, which I was told would be professionally installed, was a disaster. It was anything but professional, in fact they had to be reordered because holes were drilled in the frame which negated the warranty. But, also the trim around my windows were gouged and chipped. They ruined what was once beautiful trim. It was a nightmare.

We had a great experience using Midtown for our kitchen remodel & new deck installation! Their team was professional, friendly & helpful with suggestions. The workers left the area clean at the end of each day. They showed up when they said they would & on time. Highly recommend Midtown for your next home improvement project!

Midtown did a great job on my roof - it looks incredible, the people were really nice and cleaned everything up. They were very fast as well.

Midtown did a great job! There were some minor issues however they took care of all the issues in a timely manner. Chris was wonderful to work with.

Midtown was amazing to work with! Their customer service was excellent and their pricing was exactly what we were looking for. We had a 30 year old patio door replaced with a much nicer high efficiency door and the results were amazing and the benefits were immediate. Not only is the new door more energy efficient, but it comes with a lifetime warranty and the sound proofing benefit was huge! We live next to a day care and the kids can be pretty noisy when they come out to play. I’ve noticed a significant drop in the noise traveling through the door and into our living room. I’m completely amazed at how pleasant it is to have this new door adding some peace and quiet to our lives. Thank you midtown! We will certainly contact you again for our future projects!

We loved how we were treated from customer service to the installers. The window that was replaced was high quality and the installers worked professionally arriving when convenient for us. They kept us informed at all times. Work was finished and cleaned up in no time. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

The installer was on time, professional, polite and explained everything he was going to do. He cleaned up after the job was completed and gave me the necessary paperwork. The door is high quality and we love the way it looks.

I liked everything about the windows except how they finished the trim, as they put it on only 3 sides. We had to add trim ourselves for the 4th side.

What a fantastic deck and fence. All synthetic, lifetime guarantee, and they will come out as many times as needed to be sure you are happy with your product and service. Not the cheapest around, for sure, but you get what you pay for in most cases, this is one of those. Cedar and pressure treated wood decks and fences are a terrible investment; my deck and fence will look the same on day one as they do years from now when the wood deck or fence are being replaced for the 3rd or 4th time. Don't skimp, this is an investment you won't regret.
