Excellent design and installation.

They are coming back 3 days after the initial install, to fix the handle, the door does not lock.

Installation was excellent and very professional and the work done was very good. The only problem we had was the vanity that was delivered the first and second times were damaged when arrived from their supplier. But both times they returned them, and the third one was good. The installation crew handled that very well. We are completely satisfied with our new bathroom and would recommend them highly.

I got windows installed. With the pandemic going on, I had a very erratic schedule and had to reschedule a couple of times. The scheduler and salesman were incredibly patient with me and very flexible with my schedule. The installer was friendly and cleaned up all of his mess before leaving. Will definitely recommend.

Midtown had very competitive prices for quality products! The quote and ordering process was easy (if a bit long), they remained in touch throughout the process, the installation team was excellent and professional, and did a great job on our windows.

The windows are very high quality, won't warp in sunlight and are very energy efficient. The installation crew was prompt, friendly and efficient- and left my house clean and tidy.

We absolutely LOVE our new deck. The carpenter that built our deck was very skilled, professional and friendly. We are VERY excited for the warmer weather to enjoy our new deck. Thank You~~

We just had all of our windows replaced by Midtown. In total we had 8 windows replaced. This was our second time using Midtown. Previously they replaced our living room large picture window. They completed the install in less than 5 hours. The new windows look amazing, no more drafts, and are SO easy to open and close. Highly recommend

Excellent product and service

This is our 2nd time working with Midtown and the results have been great, both times! Our first experience was a kitchen remodel and we just had a deck installed on our new home. I couldn't be happier with the quality of materials and the quality of work. The deck is beautiful and I can rest easy knowing that it will remain in like-new condition for years to come, with little maintenance.

The only issue we had was a complete lack of communication, and never getting a return phone call when they said they would get back to us within the hour. That happened 5 times in 2 days..
