Painless process from start to finish. Had to order the windows and was told it would be several weeks until the installation. Was kept updated weekly until the work was done. Felt confident I was in good hands. Install was awesome, high quality work by Roger. Great company to do business with.

Professional and installation was fast and the crew cleaned up very well. Did a walked around and explained what was done and to make sure I was satisfied I would recommend this company.

This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. Build team asked me about any issues they ran into and together we worked out a plan. Very happy with the people and the deck.

My wife and I were very pleased with our window project through Midtown Home Improvements. We had 6 original windows replaced by Midtown for what we considered to be a reasonable price. The windows are excellent quality. The installation was fast and efficient. Two workers performed the installation in less than half a day. They were very professional and cleaned everything up afterward. We highly recommend their product and their work.

Waited a couple of months to get the project started. We were very satisfied with the finished product. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors about how nice it looks.

Initial personal do not communicate. I almost canceled their service. Had to be very proactive to get what I wanted.

They came out and designed a completely new kitchen that works great in the space I have. There installer was fantastic, Randy is the Best- very easy to work with and very knowledgeable on home remodels and kitchens. The only thing that upsets me is that I have not seen or heard from the salesmen since I signed the contract. I have only dealt with the installer Randy and the Kitchen Project Manager Patrick. There are still a few problems that need to be worked out but for the most part I am very satisfied with the project

We never felt alone during the process of getting our fence installed. Other companies sell you their product and leave you to handle everything after they have sold you the product. Midtown, take a bow, youâ ve earned my trust.

Built a high quality deck that looks great.

Midtown was quick to respond to a request for an appointment. The salesperson they sent out was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. Scheduling was terrific providing updates as to when the order was received, processed, complete and ready for install. The install was amazing - longer than I expected but we had some huge windows replaced. They even hit a small snag and had the problem solved in minutes. Pretty great experience overall. Price is a little hard to swallow but we love the product and how it looks along with the efficiency. Would have been nice to have one final cleaning of the windows on the outside after the install to get rid of caulk/suction marks.

Installation could not have been done better. Felt we received very good quality product and working with Midtown was great. Second job they have done for us. Was pleased with the first job(deck) and more pleased with this one (Patio Doors). Would easily recommend them.

The man who performed the work had a tireless work ethic and worked from the time he arrived on the jobsite until the time he left. He had a clear idea of what he wanted to accomplish each day and did not leave until it was done. I found Midtown to be very reliable and honest and I would recommend them for all your home improvement needs.

I was hesitant at first because it felt a bit strange for a door salesman to be knocking doors during a global pandemic, but I am glad we answered! Brad was knowledgeable and gave an amazing presentation. He showed us the ins and outs of the windows, the history of the company, and provided numbers to back up his words. We live in a two story and from 1pm until sunset the front of the house faces the sun. It is very difficult to keep the upstairs cool, and the number one reason is the windows letting in so much heat. So, Brad showed us the heat lamp demonstration, and that was all it took. We bought 5 windows, and although it took 3 months before they installed, we felt the difference IMMEDIATELY. Iâ m hoping out electric bill is noticeably lower as well. Couldnâ t be happier, unless they were installed sooner but since they are custom made, I understand.

I will use them again

Initially i wanted a fence, but changed my mind midway through and wanted a deck instead. The people at Midtown changed my order and installed the deck in a timely and professional manner! Thanks guys!
