Description of Work: Laminate floor was installed improperly. Mr. Culbertson filed a claim with Shaw flooring claiming a defective product. They sent out an inspector. He found the floor was improperly installed. Mr. Culbertson will not accept responsibility and refuses to make things right. Have hired an atty.

Description of Work: I used Metro Flooring to put some linoleum in the carpeted area.

+ -1 moreThe service from Metro Flooring was very professional and prompt. When they came out to give me an estimate, the gentlemen was very pleasant and helpful and nice. I thought the pricing for the carpet and tile was extremely reasonable. I had my entire house carpeted and my bathroom floor tiled. The owner told me he would have a crew out to my house the following Monday to do the work and it would be completed within 2 days. The crew was there as promised by the owner and the work was done a 1/2 day early. The work was done and it looked beautiful. I would recommend Metro Flooring to anyone and I will be using them again in the future.
