Major Painting

My roofer had vouched for Major Painting as being local and professional. I had them come out and make an estimate in middle of March to touch up trim and replace and paint skirting around the roof on the second story and roof itself. Chase DeRousse's estimate was reasonable and I agreed to have them perform the work. They called and scheduled the work about 10 days after I accepted the estimate. Because of fog/rain, the crew showed up a day later then scheduled. The crew showed up by 9AM, took the measurements for skirting that needed to be added. While one made a trip to the hardware for the wood needed, the rest of the crew began caulking and preparing the surface. Materials arrived withing the hour and they were able to add trim, caulk and paint in six different places and paint the trim exposed by the new roof. Done and out by 3PM. Swept up and cleaned the area of any excess materials, trash. Chase emailed me the invoice and couple days later. Asked if I had any input and if I felt they did a good job. When I replied that they did great, he assured me he appreciated the input and would pass it along to the crew. A really satisfied customer.
