Description of Work: I was having problems with the sound systems associated with my big screen television. I had installed myself but things didn't work right. Soundbytes arrived on time and within 30 minutes had things working perfectly. I would heartily recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

Description of Work: Chris and Kevin are extremely knowledgeable in all areas related to home theater systems and installs. They are friendly and easy to work with as they help design an awesome system for the house. They also provide food for thought and suggestions regarding future upgrades of systems and devices or expansion of the system. Chris is up to date on Apple products and an advanced Apple user as well, which was fantastic for us since we use all Apple products. Scheduling was easy and quick. They also gave several price point options without trying to sell you more system than you really need. Overall, they have an amazing business and I will be using them for any future electronic or theater system!

 + -1 moreKevin showed up to estimate the job and perform the install right on time and as expected. While for most people this wouldn't draw attention, it does for me since I do not live right in the middle of a KC suburb and many workers just do not show up for appointments. He worked with me to select equipment in my price range and ordered it to arrive in time for the install. On the day of the install Kevin showed up with one worker and commenced with the job of preparing the walls and wires. Midway through the project Kevin became ill and needed to leave. He was very apologetic at the situation and we set a new time when we both could be available. I am very happy with the end product and the work Kevin did. He was very concerned this took longer than expected due to him not feeling well- that didn't bother me a bit, I knew I was getting a quality job by a professional. I would recommend Kevin to work for anyone.
Description of Work: Sold and installed flush mounted surround sound speakers, subwoofer and a all in one remote to control the TV, audio receiver, Blu-ray player, DVR and a VCR. Fished all wires behind the walls to give a clean and neat appearance to the basement area.

 + -1 moreOutstanding. Excellent quality of work. Stuck to his bid despite several unforeseen obstacles. Great communication. Showed up exactly on time and promptly returned phone calls and emails. Finally, a contractor that calls you back, shows up on time, does high quality work and honors his bid. Our job was quite small, but challenging. I would have no hesitation to call him again for another small job or for a $50,000 home theater install. His recommendation for the center channel speaker was outstanding. Total price included the cost of 5 speakers (4 ceiling and 1 center channel). His labor was very reasonable. I will definitely use Kevin again.
Description of Work: Hung 50" plasma, running wires and cables in the wall. Installed 4 ceiling mounted home theater speakers with wires run in the walls and ceiling. Supplied center channel speaker. Advised on remote control and other A/V equipment.
