+ 2 moreIt went very well. Jon seems to have the right tool for everything and works very efficiently. I've never felt like he's wasting his time or my money. He's been over a number of times - as I've lived in the house I've just kept adding things to his to-do list and he's willingly tackled them all. I fully expect that I'll be calling on him again in the future.
Description of Work: I bought a 100 year old house in April and Jon has done a bit of everything to get it up to scratch. This includes: - Installing new locks - Adding a motion activated light outside back door - Installing a garage door keypad - Repairing/Replacing missing boards on privacy fence - Mounting 47 inch TV above my mantel and wiring a new concealed outlet to power it - Adjusting all doors to shut smoothly - Putting pull-chain lights on wall switches - Painting my guest room And I'm sure I'm forgetting some things...
