+ -1 moreWilliam Taft was extremely professional. He initially asked for what I wanted to have done and what my ultimate goal was. He gave me a reasonable quote and I agreed to take my computer over to his house. William was very thorough and made multiple back ups of the many files on the computer in the event there were any unexpected issues. The job was a little more complex than originally thought and William reached out to me and explained what he ran in to and what my options were. He answered all my questions and I chose the option that worked best for me. William sent me a thorough document listing all of the work he did on the computer and when I picked it up, he patiently walked me through the updates. William made sure I had his contact information so I could reach out to him if I had any problems or questions once I set the computer up at home. Thanks Angie's List .... it was a painless and effective process to get my computer taken care of.

Bill was able to install power line adapters and hardwired internet in our basement for the boy's Xbox and PlayStation gaming consoles. Now the boys can play their games without any issues slowing them down.

Description of Work: I recently purchased a used laptop on FB marketplace and I couldn’t get it working correctly. I found IT Solutions and they were an amazing help. Bill wiped out the files on the used laptop and installed Windows from scratch. He backed up and transferred all of my files from my old laptop and mirrored it to the new system.
