We contacted Integrity Roofing in July. Our roof had been damaged from a hail storm and all the homes in the area needed work. Jeremy, the Sales Rep., was very friendly and professional. He showed us some other products so we could make a more informed decision without pressure to upgrade. Their products were more expenseive than other quotes we got, but he stated that they would probably be higher than some others. He was honest upfront and we appreciated that. Integrity Roofing took care of all the paperwork. dealing with our insurance company. We were told roofing companies were busier than normal because of the storm, and therefore, work would not be started for 6-8 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks, someone from the office called to say the color of shingle we had ordered wasn't kept in the supplier's warehouse. We had to wait another 10 business days for them to get that particular shingle. It would have been nice to know about that at the time we placed the order, so we could have had the option of choosing another color of shingle. Before the 10 days had passed, the company called to tell us it would be an additional 5 business days before the shingles arrived. They called a few days before the work was actually going to start, and the crew did start on that day. They were friendly, and got to work right away. They did not use a tarp to catch any falling nails, pieces of roof, etc... It was windy that day, so we realize that could be why they didn't use a tarp. My wife had to move the BBQ to make sure it wasn't damaged. It would have been nice if someone had walked around the house to check for any outdoor furniture, etc...to ensure nothing would get damaged. The crew had a trailer for all the scraps and trash. When they were finished for the day, they did go around to pick up anything from the work. Jeremy also came out the following day with a magnet to search for anymore nails in the yard. That day, Jeremy mentioned it would be 3 weeks before the gutters were replaced, since it was a different crew. 3 weeks later, I called Integrity Roofing to find out the status of the gutters. We were told it would be another 2 weeks because they only had 1 crew that installed gutters. We were not given a call ahead of time to tell us which day the crew would arrive to work on the gutters. They showed up and started ripping off the gutters. My wife was at home, and did not know they were there and the noise scared her. We would have appreciated a call the day before at least. They did not replace the extended downspout that was damaged in the storm. We were just glad the job was finally done, so we did not pursue that issue. Overall, the work was very good. It was the communication from the office that was poor.

The company lived up to their name, and provided service with honesty and integrity. There isn't a "speedy" in their name anywhere, and I can attest that with the huge demand for roof repair in our area after the "hailpocalypse" of 2011, it took longer than expected to get our roof done. While ours wasn't the last completed, it certainly wasn't the first. A picky HOA and low supplies of materials contributed to the overall delay. I'd rate Integrity's performance high despite having to wait. I've seen other roofs around the neighborhood, and you can really tell that ours is done differently. Integrity used higher grade materials, had better attention to detail, and produced a much better finished roof. The guy who handled our case was kind, pleasant, honest, and involved. The crew was fast, sharp, skilled, and legal. It was worth the wait. They weren't the cheapest or the quickest, but they're clearly one of the best.

Turns out our roof did not need any work done.

I emailed them for an estimate. They responded promptly with another email.

Fan in furnace did not run. I called for a service man to find the problem. Service man came at the agreed time. Service technician went straight to the furnace, and used his voltmeter. He found that a fuse had blown for some reason. A new fuse was inserted. Furnace control and fan came to life. It only took a few moments. while on the premises, I asked the technician to check the A/C compressor which was old. He declined to perform any testing, on the basis that it would be a waste of time and money. He gave me an estimate for a new system. He did not charge for the visit.

The gentleman that came out to give my an estimate on replacing a skylight and repairing some vent seals was very polite and seemed to have good knowledge about roofing. However, we did not go with him because his prices were 30-50% higher than the other three companies we had come out.

The salesperson sold us the gutters at the same time as our roof. He was professional and knowledgeable. He planned our installation to occur about 7-10 days from our roof completion. The manager of the gutter department called within 10 days of the roof completion to say he was going to start the next day. I asked him to put us off for a few days, maybe do a different job or two next, because the painters were at the house. He indicated that was fine, but three weeks later I had to call to get scheduled again. Once they arrived on the job, the crew was really nice. They kept us informed of the process, they were very professional and we could not have asked for a better crew. The quality of their work was great. After the walk through, I noticed there were a couple of items that needed to be addressed. I called the manager a few times, but never got a response from him. Eventually, the salesperson stopped by and indicated he would address the issues, which he did. I also asked, early in the process, that the manager provide some consultation on where I should have the downspouts drain to to prevent the water from coming into the house. The manager never provided that to me. Again, the salesperson had to help me with my issues. I really like the company. Our roof installation was perfect. I do not know why I had such difficulties with the manager ( I know they were extremely busy, but that doesn't explain the lack of communication or the mistruths), but the salesperson bailed him out whenever I had a problem.

The salesperson was fantastic. He came out within a couple of days of us calling. He was thorough, professional and answered all of our questions. We wanted a couple of 'out of the ordinary' items and he helped us through it. We were scheduled a few weeks out, but it took about 5 weeks because of weather issues, which we deemed to be very legitimate. The crew was fantastic. They were really efficient and they kept our property clean throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for a better crew. They did a great job. The salesperson stopped by to check on the crew daily. The person that answers the phone was also wonderful and helpful.

They showed up a little late but within a reasonable time frame and got right to work. They did a good job and my wife cannot tell which shingles are the new ones from the old. The man that did the work was an American and cleaned up after himself.

I selected Integrity because of Angie's list, I explained that I needed a 2nd estimate and for them to work for my insurance company. They never provided me with a estimate, the estimator never went up on the roof,,,,, I attempted to get work done until July, when I attempted to file a complaint with them, they stated the owners were out of town... I am extremely dissatisfied, and do not understand, I even asked for a different estimator but they refused.

Very professional. The work was done in two 12-hour days nonstop. I was very impressed with the crew; the cleanup each day; the time frame for completion. A very reasonable period of time between estimate given and work done. I was very pleased and would definitely hire them again if necessary. Have recommended them to others.

Everything went great. They were really thorough in their evaluation. We did have a few minor problems but they were great at getting those issues worked out. I would use this company again.

We decided not to use this company because the salesman didn’t follow up with us the next day to give us the sample boards he promised.

I was satisfied with their work. They did what they said they were going to do. They came out when they said they were going to come out. They didn't leave a mess or anything. We have no trouble with the roof and we don't have any leaks from it. I think they were very competent. I know what they had charged ahead of time. I had talked to other people but these are the only ones who gave me an estimate. I just went and took it. It might be higher or lower. The price was fine with me for whatever I wanted to get it done. I'm not sure whether the price was high or low. I think their quality was good but I don't know if it's excellent or not. They were pretty responsive. They didn't get out of here one day though the weather was pretty bad. They were very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in future.

HAPPY IN THE END. At first we were not pleased. We had the gutters replaced, and they looked good and worked well, but the contract stated that they would replace any damaged fascia (at an additional cost for any supplies needed) as well as paint it. We noticed that NO fascia had been replaced, although there were clear areas of rot (our home inspection from 4 years ago corroborated). Also, our former trim color (blue) was showing because the new gutters are smaller than the old ones. However, our new trim color is off white, so it looked awful. We thought we called the owner to complain, who was not very receptive to rectifying our concerns. We then filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and were responded to by the ACTUAL owners (the other guy ended up being just an employee). They were very apologetic and ready to right the wrongs. They came out and repaired all damaged fascia, clean all the fascia, and painted it all to match our new trim color. And because of the hassle that we went through, they didn't charge us at all for the repairs. They were SO courteous, eager to please, and ready to fix the situation. They were SO great that we will be using them again for some additional gutter needs we will have later down the road after some renovations. To me, the quality of a company comes not just with doing a good job, BUT also by fixing a job that may not have been as good, but ended up great! I would recommend these guys to anyone else. UPDATE: NOT HAPPY IN THE END We had agreed with the owner that when we tore down our sunroom off the back of our house, we would call them to come and finish the guttering and do some minor roof repair. Well we did call them- many, many times. They finally assigned us a representative from the company who came out to assess the situation, a couple of months after my initial round of calls. The delay was explained away as "we've been SO busy with all the hail damage". And then I didn't heard back from him again...until I started calling. I called the owner once, the office twice, and our representative that had been assigned to us at least 5 times, maybe more. I even talked to him twice, and he made the typical accuses again "Oh, I've been so busy" but the two times I called and actually talked to him were weeks apart- the first time they had stated that we were on the calendar, so the second time I expected our project to be completed shortly. And yet here we are, months later. Long story short- we were blown off on MANY occassions. This company is HORRIBLE about communicating. I mean, even if they were so busy, couldn't they at least have called to tell us that and not completely ignored us? We will NOT be working with this company ever again, and if asked by friends, we will go out of way to let them know NOT to work with this company.

Following a fall hail storm, roof was inspected by our insurance adjuster for damage. Although there was no hail damage, the inspector pointed out and marked 3 areas where the shingles showed abnormal wear-exposed areas of shingles. Adjuster noted he had not seen this before and suspected that some bad bundles of shingles. Company that installed original roof is no longer in business according to the builder. Contacted 3 roofing companies for estimates; Integrity was the only one who called back and provided an estimate. Integrity's representative also noted the roofing condition was highly unusual and suggested replacing only the bad sections. They brought out 3 samples and we picked the one that most closely resembled the original shingles. The work was scheduled, but delayed several days due to snow. A break in the weather allowed the work to be done in early January between snow storms. Very pleased with the work. Following payment, promptly received a lien release along with invoice marked "Paid."

The job went really well. He did a good job and they finished the job early. There was nothing bad about the experience. He was very friendly and got the work done early. We thought it was a really good price.

Dennis was very easy to work with; he was prompt, professional, and very up-front about each aspect of the job. When an animal tore open a roof vent prior to work being done, with a forecast of impending rain that night, Dennis made an evening "emergency" housecall just to cover gaping hole with a tarp to keep water from getting into attic. Two days before Thanksgiving, the guys showed up and had all the work done and cleaned up in one day. And I now have an animal-proof roof vent! Work was high-quality, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work done!

We were given a start date approximately 1 week before the job started. The roofers were there on the day promised and began the job. The 2nd day was rainy so no work was done. This possibility was explained to us ahead of time and was ok. They returned the 3rd day and completed the job. Clean-up was done. We found a few nails in the street later, but not many. Blake came the first day to check the progress and another person came the 2nd day. After the job was done, Blake retuned to check the roof and check again for nails in the yard. We are very satisfied with the new roof. Blake was very professional and personable. He returned calls quickly, provided a very detailed job description with his estimate. The price charged was basically the same as one other estimate and much lower than the third estimate. We would highly , recommend Integrity roofing.

It was really good. They called me back right away. I asked a lot of questions since I do not know much about roofs and he answered all my questions. The roof looks really good.
