They came in and did the job efficiently and effectively.The only small issue I had was that I found quite a few roofing nails around the house after they had left. I had only found a couple when I called them to let them know and they asked if I wanted them to come out and I said no, but after that I found quite a few more but never brought it up as I kind of saw that as just being part of having a new roof.

They were the best product & price from get go. We also didn't have to wait too long & they finished in one day! And everyone was very helpful & friendly. Update: The roof started leaking and the they had blamed the member for the leak and they didn't want to take responsibility and it took a whole year to have them come out and fix the issue.

From start to finish everything went great. The roof looks fantastic! I would definitley recommend this company.

GOOD, WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Setting up the job was easy. I worked with Dennis Dukes and he was easy to work with and a professional. The weather didn't want to cooperate but Dennis came out and put a temporary patch to keep rain out of the house even when it was too stormy to do the rest of the job. Dennis and his crew of one arrived in the morning. The old roofing was removed and disposed of with no mess. They completed the job in one day and just in time for for a big rain. It is great to not have any leaks... finally. Dennis provided before and after photos which are greatly appreciated. They did a great job and the price is fair. I would recommend their service to anyone.

The initial representative underestimated the job by over $400. Next, there was a mix-up on the starting date for the job. I had been told 8/9 by the same associate that initially bid the job and everyone else seemed to think it was to be done on the 8th. The job was begun on the 9th and completed the same day. The project manager told my wife that he would be there next day to complete the finishing touches which was to paint the vent pipes and one other small thing. This would have been a Saturday. By Tuesday I was being contacted to sign the job completion inspection report which I refused until the job was completed. The project manager came by that afternoon to do so. I signed the document, but later in the week my son told me about some siding that was still pulled away from the house. It appeared that this had been done to install some flashing under it. At this writing it still remains as stated.

He did not give me a quote, because he wanted to go through insurance and we did not want to deal with that. We did not do it that way and handled it without going through the insurance. What he did was fine.

The job went very well. The entire roofing system included top quality materials including 7/16" OSB re-decking and 50 years plus Tru-Def Duration shingles in Driftwood pattern. The roof is attractive and blends well with our siding and with other roofing in the neighborhood. No leaks so far and we have had a couple of hard rains since the roof was installed. We were very concerned about the flowers and bushes around the house being damaged and requested that they take special care to see that they were protected. The work crew did an excellent job of setting up a protective barrier by using extension ladders with OSB sheathing secured on them thereby providing a lean-to type shelter to deflect the debris to the lawn and away from the flower beds. Not a single flower or bush was damaged. I could tell by the way the crew performed that they were very experienced and would be satisfied with nothing less than perfection. The job foreman and salesman, Dennis Dukes, came by at least twice daily to assure that everything was going as planned. He was very friendly and a pleasure to be around. The crew did a good job of cleaning up each evening. At the end of the job, they pulled a large magnet around the house to pick up any loose nails and staples. The following day, Dennis pulled his magnetic device around and found only three nails. I have not found any. The job took three days. On day three, one of the worker took a mis-step and his leg went through the ceiling of our upstairs bedroom. He was embarrassed but not hurt. A workman was sent to repair it two days later and he did an excellent job of repairing it. I told him that they did not need to repaint it because I was going to paint it a different color. He also touched up a spot that was mildewed because of the old roof leaking at no charge.

Rich was very professional and provided great information as to what our home needed. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth it for the professionalism and quality. Added value to our home, improved the look of our home, and will decrease utility bills due to previous inadequate venting.

They were great. They did exactly what we needed and did a great job.

Very timely and professional service

We had hail damage caused by a storm and our insurance company deemed it necessary to get a new roof. Integrity Roofing was recommended to me by a friend so I called them. Blake came out and gave a thorough inspection and estimate and worked with the amount of money our insurance company allotted for us. We were even able to get new gutters. Blake and his team did an awesome job and we didn't end up paying for anything over what the insurance company was giving us. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I know longer live in Kansas, so I marked that I would not use this provider again because they are not in my area, nor did they provide services in my area while in Kansas. Angies List, why do you not allow a N/A option on overall experience? I had no experience, so N/A is the correct answer, yet I cannot select it. I am not going to give them a bad overall review just because I did not use them, nor could use them. I am not even sure why I am ask to review them.

Integrity was excellent. They gave me a quote very quickly. They were able to replace the roof with in a short period of time. This was important because winter was coming. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned up all debri.Agreed to a cost free transfer of warrenty to new owners when house sells. Even sent chocolate chip cookies for Christmas!

We contacted our insurance company to come out to check out our roof. Upon inspection, they found that there was damage to our gutters, roof, siding, storm windows, etc. We called a few companies out to get estimates. Blake, from Integrity, was the first one to come out. He encouraged us to get a few more estimates before making a decision. After getting 3 different estimates, we found that Integrity Roofing offered all of the options that we were looking for at the right price. All work was done in approximately a week. The prompt service from both the sales person and the crew went above our expectations. We would strongly recommend Integrity Roofing, and have, to all our family and friends.

Price kept changing over the course of the job. Contractor claimed these were manufacturers increases, however I validated price increases with manufacturer and this was NOT the case. Workers were supposed to cover landscaping, but did not. Resulting in many broken/ destroyed plants. Contract was for metal trays in all valleys, however this was not done. Had to request they come back and fix. Salesperson was very patient in addressing the issues.

I was told that it would take approximately three days due to the fact that I had four layers of shnigles to be removed from prior roofing jobs and the soffit repair. A carpenter was hired to repair the soffit - he worked on it while the roofers removed the old shingles and started laying the new. The new roof was completed in two and a half days. The carpenter finished his work on that Wednesday. The job was completed without problems,, they were ready to go to work the morning of the start day, and the clean up was good. I would highly recommend Integrity, as well as the carpenter they recommended, for anyone';s roofing needs.

It was a real pleasure working with Integrity Roofing. We had one of their sales reps come out while we were obtaining bids. He went over every aspect of the roof and gutter replacement with me during my lunch hour. He also mentioned that it was his last day on the job because he was moving to Florida and gave me the name of Blake who would be following up with us if we had additional questions. Once we had decided to go with Integrity, we asked Blake to come back over after we got home from work so we could go over the details and ask some questions about the insurance process and what our out of pocket cost would be. Blake arrived on time and was very friendly. He went over everything the previous salesman did again for my wife benefit since she could not be there the previous week. He explained how the insurance portion would work and insured us that they would do all the leg work on that end. He also told us that he was handling this account because he wanted to make sure the commission on the sale was given to his employee that moved to Florida. (That showed us that they live up to their name and treat their employees well.) The product went up as promised and the workers did an excellent job. The area was cleaned up well after the work was performed and we did not have to do any additional work ourselves. Blake followed up with us several times to communicate with us how things were progressing with the insurance company and when we should expect to see a check from them. We did not have to front any money except for the deductible. All in all everything happened as Blake described. Thanks Blake, Angela, and work crew for a very worry free and well done job.

I worked with Blake. His company was extremely easy to work with. My husband and I provided blueprints of our addition and received an estimate for the new roof within a few days. Blake checked in on us from time to time to check the progress and make sure we were not waiting on him. Once the garage was finished he came out right away and dried in the roof because rain was expected over the weekend, and it really rained. The interior stayed dry. Monday morning his crew was out and finished the job. I happily added gutters for the rest of the house including the screen gutter guard. I was able to use two different colors of gutter where my house trim changed colors at no extra charge. When the crew came back out to put the gutters up, it was completed all in one day. I am very happy with the way my house looks and the level of professionalism I received from the company.

Blake took the time to work with me to solve the problems with my roof. He was extremely attentive and resourceful.

Overall, the job went fine. Our roof and gutters look great and we are happy to know that we now don't have to guess if any of the decking is bad. However, this job was not without its problems. First of all, let me say that Rich, our salesperson and project manager, was very helpful and really went way beyond the call of duty to help us with the various issues that we ran into. For instance, when the roofers pulled the deck off of one area of the roof, we found that there was no insulation in the cavity under the decking. Rich drove to Lowe's with my husband and got insulation, then got up on the roof himself and installed the insulation. We were very grateful for his help. The issues were really centered around the cleanliness of the worksite during the job and the carelessness of the work crew. To be fair, this was a work crew that Integrity had not worked with before this job, according to Rich. We have gardens around the house and so this was something that I addressed with Rich and the crew from day one. They assured me that my gardens would be okay. In fact, they built a structure to protect the garden where they would be throwing down the old shingles. I was impressed by this and it seemed to be working great for the first part of day one of the job. Around noon, some of the crew left to go someplace and so I thought that when they came back, they would clean up the shingles that were laying on the structure (our roof had five layers of shingles, so you can imagine how much was on there after a few hours of work). However, when they came back, they did not clean it up...they just went back to work on the roof. Well, the inevitable happened and the structure cracked and fell down, breaking a window in our house, smashing the garden and snapping in half a mature Japanese maple tree in the process. The crew was very apologetic and Integrity said they would fix everything, which they did (their carpenter, Travis, came out and did a wonderful job of fixing the window) and they replaced our tree. There were no questions asked and they made that situation right. The rest of the gardens suffered, though. The trailer was right up next to the side of the house and I am still picking up pieces of roofing material out of my plants. Additionally, we just discovered this last weekend that they damaged our wheelbarrow - completely dented in the bottom of the metal pan. I really feel that the work crew could have been more careful during the job. I feel like if they had been more careful, a lot of the damage that set them back, financially and added extra time to their timeline could have been avoided. I rated a B on punctuality and professionalism because the crew was not always on time (on one day, they said they would be there at 7 am and then they showed up at 8 am) and there was really no communication from anyone to say they would be late. Additionally, they would take off for lunch for 1 - 2 hours and we never knew when they were coming back. Thankfully, we were able to stay home during the whole job, but we felt like the communication was lacking. Like I said, overall, we are happy with our new roof and gutters. Our new tree is in and filling the void made by the broken tree. The window is repaired and looks like it was never broken. I will say that at the end of the job, Integrity made sure that the yard was clean and free of nails. And the guttering crew did an amazing job. Would I recommend Integrity to someone else? Yes. But I would add that whomever is hiring them should make sure that they are getting a roofing crew that has worked with Integrity before, so they know that the quality of care is up to the standards that Integrity advertises. I would also advise anyone hiring them to make sure there is a solid plan in place for any landscaping that is around the house before the crew starts working.

I had a good overall experience with Integrity and would recommend them for your roofing and guttering needs. They were professional and friendly and, from what I can tell, did a quality job. I was told, at the time of the estimate, to purchase and prime a fascia board to replace a small section that was rotten under the guttering on my front porch overhang and that they would replace the rotten with the new before putting up the new guttering on that section. However, when the installer took down the old guttering, he discovered that it was siding rather than a fascia board. I called Blake, the operations consultant, and he responded that they would send their crew out, at no cost to me, to take down the guttering once I found a carpenter to replace the rotten siding, and then back out again to rehang that section of the guttering. Very impressive in this day and age! The installer carefully placed the guttering under my deck to keep it protected until the work was done and they could reinstall it. I also did not care for the way the guttering looked from the front of the house (numerous short, jointed downspouts that were placed to ensure the best drainage). The installer and a consultant were very quick to come back out and change it back to its original configuration. Integrity Roofing definitely does everything it can to make sure their customers are satisfied and they respond in a timely manner whenever there is an issue. I did give a "B" rating rather than an "A" for punctuality because the company came out earlier than the dates I was originally told for the roofing job and for the guttering installation and reinstallation (although I can't really complain about the guttering reinstallation as they were doing it free-of-charge and likely just squeezed it in when they could.) Since I was planning to take the day off from work for the roofing repairs and wanted to finish placing a filter on the guttering prior to the reinstall, notification that they were coming out sooner than I was told would have been appreciated. Other than that, Integrity Roofing went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer! Everyone from the company demonstrated great integrity and it was very much appreciated. It is rare to have a company that is quick to fix anything that is not done to the complete satisfaction of the customer. Integrity is one of the companies out there who readily does so!

I can not say enough good things about them. I had a robin by my gutters, and they tried their hardest not to scare the mother robin. I thought that was amazing that they did that. They were also on top of everything. If I had and questions or concerns, they were able to answer them right away. Their price and quality was good as well. I would highly recommend them.
