Terrible. They gave me a start date. The job was to be approx. 1/2 days work. They called on the scheduled day to say the crew was delayed by the previous job and would be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came and the crew was still working on this difficult job. Impatient now, I set up a appt for the following week as I was taking time off work to be there for the crew. On the scheduled day, I got a call 5 minutes after the time they were to be there and the crew leader said the crew was in an accident and couldnt be there. They'd have to come another time. I gave them the boot. Told them to pick up their materials. All in all I lost 8.5 hours of work waiting for them to show up and they never performed the service.

At first they did a very good job and appeared to have great customer service. They were very prompt. But in the end, there were additional problems that needed to be fixed. It was very hard to get in contact for a follow up. The problem ended up never getting resolved.

Overall did a very good job. The crew was a little slower (job took 3 days) than some in the neighborhood that took 2 days, but the quality of the work was very good including cleanup.

Everything was satisfactory.

They were very professional in their communication and I had them do a bid for me but I did not use them. He was a little bit high on price. They were professional and patient but they had a drift point. I asked them about a leak and back-splash and another provider told me it was a code but they said it was not the code. I called the city and they said it was a code. They did not know about the codes so I did not use them.

They inspected roof in April 2014 for hail damage - "Dennis D." from Integrity told me there was significant damage - he then did not show up for insurance company adjuster when the adjuster tried to coordinate his inspection. The insurance adjuster said there was no damage. I made repeated calls to Dennis from Integrity trying to determine who was right. Dennis would never answer his phone or return calls when I left a message. I repeatedly called the office - they told me they would have Dennis call. I told them repeatedly I did not want to leave a negative review on Angie's List - that I wasn't insisting or asking for anything except communication and to "close" the matter. I finally spoke with Dennis twice, several weeks apart when I called the office and he was there. He made promises to get back to me and to come out and look again at the roof. Again - - I told him, and his office, all I wanted was to settle the matter. I never heard from him again and he never came out. This lasted from April through July. I finally gave up on them and called another roofing company - they verified that the roof did not show any damage. "Integrity" should not be part of their name. It's amazing to me how easy it would have been for them to not have me submit this review - just call me back &/or tell me that they may have been wrong about their assessment. They did say they were very busy due to so many roofs experiencing hail damage. To me that is not an excuse to not communicate.

From the beginning, Integrity was 100% professional and very courteous. As part of the service, I requested that they allow me a couple of hours to blow in more insulation while the roof was off since I own an older home and the existing insulation was not adequate. They were very gracious and accommodating in granting my request, even making an opening so I could access the attic. They were very efficient, completing the job in one day. As far as clean up, they were meticulous; even using a strong magnet many times over my driveway to be sure no stray nails were left behind. The job supervisor contacted me after the job was finished to be sure I was totally satisfied with the work. This is a great company which really values their customers!

I called Integrity Roofing and requested a roof inspection. I was simply wanting a professional opinion regarding the condition of my roof as I prepared to sell my house. Knowing whether to expect repairs after a home inspection while under contract was important to me...especially if I needed to repair anything ahead of time. The inspector was prompt and very helpful. After getting onto the roof the inspector took time to educate me about attic vents, flashing around the fireplace, ridge caps, general condition of the shingles, etc. He also provided a verbal condition report for each of these areas as he was educating me. He was at my home for about 30 minutes and charged nothing for this service. The unique thing was that Integrity Roofing was 1 of 3 roofing companies I called and they were the only one that agreed to meet with me. They other 2 simply stated that didn't have time to meet with me and would be by to complete an inspection as soon as they could. Since most inspections and quotes are free I did not evaluate price, but the quality of the service provided by Integrity Roofing was far better than the others I called. Thanks Integrity!

They did an excellent job. They did the whole thing really professional. They did it in two and a half days. It ended up well.

When I first contacted Integrity roofing, I spoke with an employee who informed me a project manager would contact me in the next 10 business days. 3 weeks later, I called the same person again and informed them I was never contacted. They explained they were extra busy and also were transitioning to a new system which caused the oversight. I accepted this as a legit explanation and was not frustrated by the situation. The project manager contacted me later that day. We set up an appointment for a few days later. He was late arriving by about 45 mins and since I had to take time off from work to meet him and considering the earlier problem, I was slightly annoyed. Once Dan arrived, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. He gathered his information and provided me with a bid, on site. We reviewed it together and I informed him I would look it over with my wife and let him know if we have questions or adjustments. A week went by, my wife and I considered this estimate along with a few others. We had a few questions and provided them in an email. He replied fairly quickly with a short email that did not address all of our questions but said, "I know this is incomplete but I will consult with a rep at our siding dealership about your house and know more soon." Eleven days passed without a response, so I decided to follow up with an email to find out the status and to express a sense of urgency. I now write this poor review as a result of the culmination of bad communication with a potential client. 16 days later from his email stating he would "know more" I still have not received answers to my questions. Friendly, yes. Responsive, No. As a result I cannot provide you with a good review.

Initial scheduled date was canceled the morning of installation; due to subcontractor not having a full crew. Gutters were installed on the second scheduled date...in the rain. Dan did provide a gift card to a restaurant as a gesture for the first date being cancelled at the last minute.

They did a good job, I felt like they were prompt and professional. They did the work, as far as I can tell they did a good job.

Angela and Dennis helped us during the estimate phase of replacing our roof. Both were very prompt with communication and extremely polite. After receiving about 7 estimates, we chose Integrity based on their professionalism, overall cost, and their ability to help finance the project. Their quote was in the middle of all the estimates. Once we decided, Dennis had a crew at our home within a week. The guys were all hard workers and finished in one day! The roof looks great, and no mess was left behind. I was amazed how well the overall experience was. Thanks to all of you! Michael & Mary

Dan was respectful initially until his subcontractors wanted to charge more for the work than he estimated. He backed out of the contract after offering to double that portion of the bid. Contractors usually have a maximum of 90 days to perform work. I am concerned of the further damage rain will cause and has caused to my property in the meantime and that Integrity roofing will try to collect on work we have to hire another company to perform.

The company had one of their men came out to our house within hours of my call and the morning after a big winter storm. We had an ice dam in the gutter which caused water to leak into the house through our second floor windows. He climbed up to our second story gutter and broke up the ice dam in the bitter cold stopping the water from coming into our house. He was great!.

Gutters and downspouts installed and look good. Cleaned up after themselves. Am contacting them about additional work.

I called Dennis on a Friday and he returned the call to discuss it further the next morning. He came out first thing Monday morning to review the issues and sent a bid the next day. After letting him know we wanted to move forward, we were scheduled in the next couple weeks. It all went very smoothly and I thought Dennis was a personable guy. He was professional and courteous and showed / discussed progress with us along the way. We will hire Dennis for any future roofing needs.

They were very quick to respond, knew exactly what we needed and did the job very well. Very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and actually did what they said they were going to do. I would use them again.

During the last ice storm my gutter started to come off. So we bought a Big Deal to have it replaced. Blake came out and assessed the gutter. He noted that the big deal wasn't what we needed and it would actually be detrimental to have it replaced due to some other external conditions. Basically by replacing the gutters today, I would be setting myself up for more expenses later. He told me that all it really needed was to be repaired. Also by going through with the big deal, we would have had to have all of our gutters replaced even beyond what was covered in the deal and so it would have cost us hundreds. So we got a refund from Angies List for the big deal and had Integrity repair the gutter instead. This saved us a ton of money and the gutters are holding up great. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. They live up to their namesake. Someone wanting to make a quick buck could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge in this area and convinced us to do expensive and unnecessary work. But instead, they were quick to tell me that I wanted the wrong thing done. They may have lost out on some profit today by doing a less expensive job, but they have earned my loyalty for tomorrow.

Unfortunately the way my gutters are on my house, they would have had to replace all of them which would have been expensive. There isn't a way to integrate their seamless gutters with the existing ones I have. Blake also mentioned that it would not be a good idea to put new gutters on my roof due to the roof having some other issues. Blake was attentive to my questions and answered them thoroughly in a way I could understand. He did not try to sell me a solution that wouldn't have worked. So since their solution is not compatible with my needs, I would like a refund. All in all, I was very impressed with their level of communication and professionalism. I may work with them in the future.

They seemed to be honest, punctual, fair in price, did good work, and we're very happy.

Due to major snow falls this year, our roof had approximately 4" of snow/ice on our roof. I noticed a water spot in the ceiling of our baby nursery, and immediately knew there was an issue with our roof (I had looked in the attic a few weeks earlier and noticed something peculiar). I called several Angie's List approved vendors, and Integrity was the only one available to get out immediately (most were available in a weeks time). Their engineer came out the following afternoon (Friday) and provided an estimate, as well as a detailed explanation of what is going on with the roof and what he is planning on doing to fix it. His quote was very affordable and he was able to complete the work the following Tuesday (this means he was able to complete the job before others could even bid it). He arrived on time, was courteous, completed the job as quoted. Afterwards, he showed me both the exterior and interior proof of what he completed. We had considerable rain since the fix, and there is no further sign of roof issues where we had them fixed.
