They were excellent and that?s why I am going to call them back. They gave me the quote when they said they would give. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I did feel comfortable with them and I am planning to eventually have them come back to get the work done. The quote that they gave me was fair and reasonable.

Our gutters didn't seem to working as they should, so I called to have someone come out to take a look. Blake checked them out and explained what seemed to be happening. He gave me several options (explaining them thoroughly) and answered all of my many questions. We also suspected there might be some problems with our attic ventilation. Blake and Frank came out the following week to look into that issue. Again, everything was explained thoroughly and our questions were patiently answered. They came out the next week to do the job and I was very pleased. The work was completed as promised and within the agreed-upon timeframes. They cleaned everything up and walked us around pointing out what had been done at the end of the day. Everyone we worked with seemed to genuinely care that they they did a good job and that we were completely happy wiith the results. They were a pleasure to work with and our gutters look great!

The two reasons I am not giving this group an A are 1) The gutter team called to say they would be at my house between 12 & 3pm. They called at 5pm. They came at 5:30 and worked until 9. (not upset about when they did the work, only about the fact that they did not contact me at any time during the scheduled time to say they would be late.) They also have the downspouts ending strange. Some are only an inch off the ground (not allowing me to put a splash block underneath) and another one ends over a foot above the ground. It was dark when they ended, so I didn't catch any of this until the next day. After reading my review on Angie's list, I received a call back from the owner, and they plan to come out and fix my downspouts, and apologized for the punctuality issue. They said they would work to resolve this issue. Therefore I have updated my report to give them an A.

It started out a little rough when the man dropping off the trailer backed over the retaining wall to start out, and when we returned home about half-way through the process, I was at the least more than concerned. However Integrity lived up their name by fixing the damaged wall (correctly), and doing a tremendous job on my roof. I was most pleased with the cleanup afterward. I have seen many roofing jobs, but none where, after the roofers left, there were less than 10 nails that weren't picked up. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work, and the follow up afterwards.

Very nicely done. Blake responded quickly and gave a very competitive estimate. What put him above the others I had out was his interest in us knowing what he was going to do, explaining the materials they would be using and when the job would be done. Everything went very well and I was, and still am, very satisfied with their work (so much so - my house is one of those shown on their website).

They did a very good job and we were very pleased with them. If need be, then I would use their services in the future too.

This is the second roof Blake has installed for us. Their team is excellent, efficient, polite and very fast. If it wasn't for rain the first roof would have been replaced in less than a day. The second roof was bigger so it took a day and a half. I asked for some help installing a new skylight while the new roof was going on and they were extremely helpful. Very excellent service. Thanks Blake.
