+ -1 moreThe experience at their showroom in downtown lees summit was borderline incompetent. The woman working the floor acted as if we were bothering her and she didn't really want to help us. She did not tell us anything useful or helpful about any of the products. We did have them come measure and my wife said the man was friendly and nice to work with. Overall, the floor room experience was so sub-par we went with another company that showed they knew what they are doing and talking about.

+ -1 moreThey worked around my schedule so I could re-seal the floor after they ripped out the carpet. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were finished.

+ -1 moreWe started a bathroom remodel 3 plus years after the carpet installation and discovered that they had carpeted over a vent in our master bedroom three plus years ago when we moved into our new house. This inspired us to check two other carpeted rooms and found a 2nd vent that had been covered. When we called them to tell them about it, they responded by saying, "this sometimes happens and we must have just missed it?" How do you miss that there is a vent when you are carpeting? This is pure laziness. They obviously don't take pride in their work.

Description of Work: EXCELLENT RESULTS! The scope of work was very challenging due to past poor workmanship(including removal of up to 3 floorings) and uneven floors that had to be corrected. Wide wood look vinyl planks were laid diagonally in entry, 1/2 bath/laundry and kitchen. This area looks larger now. Almost all planks had to be hand trimmed due to flooring be laid diagonally in small spaces. Awesome job! Thanks Jack and Shane!

Description of Work: When we pulled up the carpet in our Dining Room we found a mess. Sections of the hardwood had been replaced with plywood. Harmon worked us in between other jobs and did a beautiful job replacing the missing wood and then refinishing everything. Everyone was extremely polite, on time or they called and within 3 days everything was done with minimal dust.

+ 0 moreThe owner was the one who came out and the estimate and measuring. He was wonderful. He was very quick and accurate with his estimate. He was also very fair with his estimate. He was very professional and had some great ideas. He was wonderful with suggestions and helped us out. He was really good to work with. He was very friendly and personable. He was just a great guy.
Description of Work: I used the services of Harmon Floor Coverings. They did some tile work and did hardwood floor.
