Gutter Cover of Kansas City

I am going to use them to clean and cover my gutters. They are also going to install two rain barrels. He was personable and professional.

Good installation, cleanup was good. The covers appear to work in the rain as advertised. The neighbors to both sides have them as well,all three houses were done by Gutter Cover of KC.

Gutter Cover was the only company that was able to provide a bid within the week I was looking for solutions. Others were waiting 4-5 weeks before they would even schedule bids. Mike arrived and walked through the services and listened to requests and concerns. the initial bid inquiry was only for new rear gutter, downspout and gutter covers on front and rear gutters only. after review of the bid for those options, i had Mike complete a bid for covers for the entire home. Rates were reasonable and Mike was very detailed in what was provided, covered and how it would be completed. Gutter Covers installation was pushed out a couple weeks due to weather and schedules, although once completed, i didn't even realize they were installed! (thats a good thing!) had forgotten they were to install that day, and until i saw the invoice in the mailbox, I hadn't noticed they were there. Install looks great, and i look forward to NOT cleaning out cutters ever again!

Everything was explained well. After comparing several companies and bids, I went w/ Gutter Cover b/c they were slightly less on the cost and able to do immediately. They also had an outstanding reputation. The 2 man team was on time, friendly and answered all questions. They completed the work in about 4 hours, and I am very pleased w/ the results. I would recommend Gutter Cover to anyone needing work on or replacement of their gutters, and especially for the covers. No more gutter cleaning!!!

The installation was quick and clean, and the final product looks great (i.e. you can barely see it at all). So far we've had no problems with the functionality of the covers.

The estimator was thorough and explained the product and the installation process in detail. Installation took two days with one installer who was personable and cleaned up the work area as he progressed around the house.

Great. He clearly explained what needed to be done, provided options for us to choose from and clearly explained the pricing for all. The work was done and the mess was cleaned up that day. Would use him again.

It went very well. The salesman who came to make the proposal was very nice and was confident enough in his product not to present any pressure at all. On the installation day the weather was around 20 degrees, not a pleasant day to work outside. The installer showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. Because of the cold he did have to postpone sealing one area, but again he was back as soon as a warm day came. I was very pleased with the installation process, but I waited to post a review until we had a good rain storm and could check the covers to see if they worked as promised. We just had a good 15 minute downpour and I believe the covers worked perfectly. I checked all sides and saw no sign of water overflowing the gutters.

The gutter cover works great so far. Only time will tell if this was worth the investment. They were very professional and did everything promised.

From sales to installation this company did an excellent job and were extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them and their product. The installer did a great job and cleaned up well and so far I am happy with the gutter covers. The only thing I was disappointed about was the Angie's List coupon offer they did not honor. They did give me a footage discount and a grocery card rebate, but would not take the Angie's List $50 off coupon for installation.

They were efficient and courteous and did a good job.

It turned out very well. This was my first time working with them and they were very friendly, prompt and finished the job right as scheduled. They left no mess in the yard. The scheduling was very convenient and they completed the work in one day.

Gutter Cover did a wonderful job. They were very professional in their work and worked very steadily through the day to get the job completed in a day. Additionally the installer pointed out a couple of downspout issues that he said he could fix very easily which he did...at no additional cost. I would highly recommend this company.

I was quoted 2-3 weeks for installation due to a back log; but around week 3 I ended up calling to verify that I was on the books. - The operator quickly verified my purchase order, and re-affirmed the back log they were dealing with. - A few days later I received a call to apologize for the delay and confirm that I was, indeed, on the books. ? I received a call in the morning around week 4 after the initial quote to inform me they had an opening that afternoon. - My wife had no complaints about the laborer who was professional and polite, and answered some remaining questions I had passed along about the scope of work. - I got up on a ladder when I got home from work and was generally pleased with the quality of the product and workmanship. - The installation was not picture perfect as they were dealing with my pre-existing gutters that had been abused by a roofing job months prior. - It looked to me that they did the best they could with what they had to work with, and I have no complaints about the quality of the actual gutter covers or their installation. ? I received a call after sending in my payment and survey, asking for any comments, suggestions or further detail for items I had not given high marks on, but as stated above I was not present during the installation; and a gutter cover either works or it doesn't. ? Finally, after some light rain, I can say they do appear to be working as advertised (water is exiting the down spouts, and not spilling over the roof line). ? I'm fine with the price I paid, and don't mind paying more to support a good company, but others may be able to do better in that endeavor than I; whether with this company or others.

They are really professional. I wish I had bought their product to begin with in 1994.

I purchased a rain barrel on-line for water conservation. When it got here, neither my husband nor I knew how to get it properly attached to the gutter. Gutter Covers had been to our home before and installed wider down spouts, 4x6. So, 1) we didn't have the right size attachment for the gutter and 2) we didn't know what to do when the barrel got full. So I called Gutter Covers to see if they could help and they said, "Sure! We install rain barrels." And they came out, sized up the issue and offered to order an in-line diverter valve that would send the water back into the down spout when the barrel was full. They leveled the spot where the barrel would go, made some slight modifications to the barrel and attached it to the gutter. Works so great!! I water with it almost every day and haven't been able to empty it before the next rain comes. Gutter Covers has always seemed genuinely concerned about what our needs are and how best to serve. Highly recommend.

The experience was good. They are a reliable company and they did good work. They were fair on their pricing.

We called for an estimate. The work was done in a timely manner. As it was several years ago I don't recall exact details. I have since contacted them when we needed to divert water from the second level in a different manner. They were able to redirect the flow which kept the water from overflowing the first floor gutters in a heavy rain. They have always been very prompt and helpful.

It was non eventful and they did a great job. They were timely. The price was good. They got in and got out and we really didn't even know they were there. I would call them again if I need them.

The man came out and explained exactly what they would do. Showed us a video. They came out on time and finished when they said they would. We were very happy with the work done.

Overall experience was excellent.
