Gutter Cover of Kansas City

Great...Gutter Cover of Kansas City had installed gutter covers on my home quite a few years ago. It was one of the best decisions for a home improvement that I had ever made.. Gutter Cover's service was done to correct a water problem. (An underground drain that had been installed by a landscaping company about 14 years was not able to handle the flow of water from my roof.) I am very pleased with the completed work and the service price. (After surveying the situation, one minor drainage correction was made on the first service call. A second service call on 11/16/2018, completed the project.)

Gutter Covers of KC installed my gutter covers in 2008. Their gutter covers have performed flawlessly since they were installed. In 2014, we had a severe hail storm which destroyed my roof. Again, Gutter Covers of KC were quick to work with my roofers; removing the gutter covers until after the roof was completed and reinstalling them again in coordination so that I did not even go one day without having my gutters covered. Now in 2018, my gutters which were more than 25 years old, started leaking at all seams and were in desperate need of being replaced. Again, Gutter Covers of KC replaced my guttering system; removed the gutter covers, and re installed them again over their new gutters. The new gutters are better quality than the old gutters I had replaced. The aluminum is notably thicker and they are seamless. The downspouts are larger, and were secured to my existing underground drainage system. I really like using this company for my guttering on my home. They are a long time established home town company. Their customer service is top notch, they will bend over backwards to meet your needs and do things right. Their installers are highly skilled, and take care while working around your property. The best part about this company is their products are high quality, they are installed right, and you can count on this company even years later to meet your changing needs.

The representative who came out to take measurements and discuss the project provided material samples that convinced us we would be getting a superior product of very high quality and durability. The installation was performed efficiently and with the highest degree of professionalism. The gutter covers improve the look of our home, too. We could not be happier.

We interviewed several companies and liked Gutter Cover best due to the product quality and value. (We decided to not have the gutter covers installed at this time). It took longer than we had anticipated to schedule a date to do the work due to the company being busy, but it really didn't turn out to be a big deal. The contact for a scheduled date, the workmen arriving at a decent time and doing the work and clean up was a breeze. They left a bill and didn't require immediate payment upon completion. Very happy with the entire process.

Gutter Cover came right out and gave us a bid for the repairs so we could turn it into the insurance company. They removed the gutters for the roof repairs to be done. When the roof repairs were completed they came back to put the new gutters and gutter covers back on. It was handled very professionally and very timely. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Everything was done while we were at work and an invoice left behind which was very convenient. Everything looks great.

I looked around at several companies and Gutter Cover of KC had the best product for our situation and the cost was very reasonable. They showed up on time and quickly finished. We had some other work going on at the house and they were very accommodating to work around the other contractors. We have not had any rain yet to test out the new gutter covers but they look great.

Installation went well. Cleaned out the gutters and downspouts before installing. Worked around landscaping and a beehive with no issues. Looks great.

Gutters are great but they did not perform the soffit repair discussed. I am very disappointed as that was the primary reason I hired them. It would have made the most sense to repair the soffit while gutters were off but the person that repairs the soffits was not even aware that work was requested. They are very nice but I am disappointed. Also, they did not totally clean up after themselves (pieces of gutter and metal were left behind) and they seemed to have an extraordinary difficult time processing my payment.

We contacted Gutter Cover to provide a bid to install their system on our home. A sales rep came out to give us a bid the same day we made the initial call. The bid, how the system functions, and the installation process were explained to us in great detail. We were told based on their schedule work would be completed in two to three weeks. We received a call the day prior indicating work would begin the next day. The entire installation could not be completed in one day, so we received s call indicating when they would return and like clock work they completed it when they said they would. The crew was very thorough and cleaned up as they went. Couldn't hardly tell they were here. I would highly recommend Gutter Cover to anyone who might be interested!

The work went well and the results look great. The two-man crew arrived on time and did a review with me about the plan for the job. My old gutters and downspouts had been removed previously preceding painting of the entire house, so new ones were required in addition to covers. They asked where I previously had problem spots and began with those. The crew was friendly and courteous, and responsive to my questions and concerns as the work proceeded. They cleaned up the job site before leaving on the first day and the job was completed within two days. With the downspouts they included some run-out pieces to be sure the rainwater would be directed well away from the foundation. We have had one very significant storm so far. There was one problem with some water overflow at one of our roof joints, When I contacted the company, they sent installers the following day to tweak the system to resolve the problem.

My sales person was very helpful and the installation crew was excellent. They showed up as expected and completed the job in one day, cleaning up all the debris as they went along. They look great on my home and I had all my questions answered. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs gutter covers or new gutters installed.

This company has proven to us that there is still honesty and integrity in the business world. From the Salesman, thru the final installation of the guttering we had a pleasant experience. The installers Daryl and Tyler worked diligently and expertly throughout the day and cleaned up around the exterior as if they had never been here. The office personnel, Sharon, was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. We definitely would recommend this company.
