It was an expensive work but it was worth it. They were very professional. They cleaned up well after themselves. I wasn?t even here when the job was done. They quality of the work done was excellent.

Called Doug and set up an evening appointment to look at our house after work. Doug was on-time and very helpful. He looked at the entire system and provided a price before he left. He also brought a color chart to match the color to our house. The original price was too high, but he offered a discount if they could begin the work in February, which he said was their slow season. I told him I still needed to reduce the price to meet my budget and he helped identify sections of the existing guttering that could be left in place. The installation went smoothly with only a bit of debris left in the yard. My only complaint was that the debris left over included some 5-6 inch nails pulled from the house and left in the yard for my kids to find. The install crew showed up a day earlier than we were told. They definitely weren't late, but the scheduling was obviously not quite right. A few corners still need attention, and I have called Gutter Cover to address. Doug called back promptly to fix the situation. I am very happy with this product and with the service I received.

I was not at the house the day the gutters and covers were installed but everything works great and looks very nice. There was no sign they were even at the house working because they cleaned up the yard completely before they left. I'm very happy with the work and would use them again.

This is a great company that makes it easy to get an estimate, is respectful of consumer needs, knows what they are doing, and delivers a high quality product. The job was completed on time.

I had been looking at gutter covers for over 1 year and had been researching the different types on the internet so I had a very good idea of the type of gutter cover I wanted as well as information on how the different types work. In addition, I had obtained two other estimates for gutter covers before contacting this company. I contacted Gutter Covers of KC by email and was promptly answered and scheduled for an estimate. Doug Stacye of Gutter Covers of KC arrived promptly for the appointment and after measuring my gutters he provided a written estimate for installing the gutter covers. He also had a model of the covers for me to actually look at up close and I could actually see how they would be attached to my house as well as see the actual thickness of the gutter covers. The estimate from Gutter Cover of KC was MUCH more reasonable than the one I had received from another company, and their product appeared to be of higher quality, and looks much nicer on the house because of the way in which it was installed. I choose Weathered Wood color to match my roofing and the gutter covers blend beautifully with my roof line. I was not home when the gutter covers were installed, but found no debris or material lying around after the installation. After the first hard rainfall one week later, I emailed Gutter Cover of KC to request an adjustment on a couple of the gutter covers and the company was to my home that same day to adjust my gutter cover installation. I am very satisfied with the quality of the covers, the appearance of the covers, and the customer service from this company. I have recommended them to a friend who was equally impressed with their product and who is now also getting the gutter covers!

The estimate we got was efficient and the estimator was courteous and helpful. No pushing of bashing of other companies. Just a soft pitch on the product. We had seen the product at a recent Home show, so we knew it looked great. After evaluating a couple of other systems, we decided to bite the bullet. Our installation date was set up less than a week after we agreed to have them do the job. The installers came when we were not home (a term we had agreed to). Some bits of gutter refuse were evident but other than that, the cleanup of the crew was sensational. The gutter and gutter cover look great on our house. A very professional job. We have yet to experience how the product performs under a real Kansas downpour, so we're withholding judgment. But all phases of the project up to this point have been excellent; at or beyond our expectations.

Work was finished in one day, property was left very clean. Gutter installation was contracted out while gutter cover is installed by given company, all during the same on-site visit. Make sure you stamp down installation date if that is important to you. Negotiate price, but you get what you pay for!

I am glad I brought the covers from this company. They are strong and do a good job of keeping the gutters working. I have a 2 story house with a large pine oak tree in front and 2 huge locust trees in back. If you ever decide to buy covers be sure and call this company, because they will treat you right. They do NOT use high-pressure sales tactics. All the employees I've dealt with are great and efficient. Just remember that the covers are not totally maintenance-free. It is recommended that the cover edge be hosed off periodically, but I don't want the dirt running down over the windows and siding. The covers are a LOT less work than getting up on a 2-ft ladder every couple of weeks to deal with all the debris! I only have one complaint. The company's maintenance jobs come second to the installation jobs. This means that it might take a week or two to get a service call.

They did great. They told me when the gutters and covers would be installed. They stayed in touch with me about the installation date. They installed when they said they would and did a very professional job. I would certainly recommend them.

Overall, I was very pleased with their work. Pam was very helpful and was able to answer my questions. She was quick to respond to my calls and emails. The gentleman who came to do the work was very thorough and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I had several sections of gutter that needed repair and he fixed it all to my satisfaction. It has rained since the work was done, and I have had no problems. My only complaint is a minor one: there was a mix-up as to when the worker was to show up; he had gone to a previous site to finish up before coming to my house. Pam was quick to track him down and give me his status.
