They were excellent. I had an emergency need with my water line to my freezer that went bad. They came out the same day so I did not lose anything in the freezer. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

I started using Greg, when he worked for someone else, then he opened his own shop, and I moved over to him, because he has always done a good job for me. He is practically redone the plumbing in my house, because it is an old house, and that time he was still employed. After he went out on his own, I moved over to him, and he has changed faucets for me, and I do have him out every year, and I have him out every year to do an inspection for me, and to make sure everything is okay. He checks my water tank, and water heater. I really like him. I have always been satisfied with his work.

I found Greg through the recommendation of an appliance company I know and love (Grooms). I wanted to have ventless fireplace logs installed. I spoke to Greg's wife on the phone to make the initial appointment, and she was lovely! Greg arrived on time, examined the various gas lines and issues I had, gave me advice on the system, ran the errand it took to get the missing parts and installed everything to my satisfaction. I'm going to have him back to replace my water heater.

I'd had Greg work on my last house many times, when he worked for a different company. I needed him to inspect the water heater & boiler flue for the buyers just a week before hiring him for this job at our new house. He's professional, available on short notice, shows up on time, patiently explains anything he's asked, & does great work! Greg checked the boiler for the yellow flame & no problems were evident. However, water started dripping on the burners, indicating a small crack or pinhole. He recommended that I shut it down for the time being, and advised that the boiler would only have another year or two of use left. He shut off the gas, water & electrical to the boiler, and at my request, took the time to show me how to power it back up again when necessary. Luckily, we also have furnaces! While he was leaving, he noticed evidence that there had been a small leak in my water heater at some point. Without being asked, he took a peek at it, showed me where the leak had been & advised that I might start thinking about replacing it soon.

Greg was very professional, courteous, and punctual. He spent lots of time discussing the solution with myself and the contractor. He drew up the estimate and gave it back to us on time. The work went great. He was fast and high quality. We passed inspection, and he then came back to finish the trim work. All in all, it was a great experience.
