Roof looks excellent. Josh helped communicate with Farmers insurance and they bought the entire replacement cost. Everything was satisfactory with no complaints.we would certainly recommend Josh, Jerry, Geremiah and G & G Restoration.

I said I'd be happy if someone quoted within $100 of $200-$300 to replace the $40 vent. Geremiah said he wouldn't touch it for that amount. He insisted the parts would be about $180. It was a simple vent - I used to own a construction company, and I checked afterward to make sure I wasn't wrong - and yes, they're $40. I would have paid 10x that and it he said it wasn't worth his time.

Geremiah was great, he walked me through everything he looked at, explained what and why for all he did. He went up on roof, checked everything out, explained to me what he saw, what he thought caused the problem and why. He then sealed the loose shingles he found and re-walked the roof double checking. It was very refreshing to have someone come, be honest and informative and truly have my best interest. Any future issues that might come up, I will not hesitate to call G & G again and when I do need to replace my roof they will be my first choice.

The men from G&G did a fine job helping us diagnose all our homes damage from the hail storm. They also assisted us in negotiations with our insurance company, and we all know how difficult that can be. Thank You for G&G. Oh, our roof is beautiful also.

We meet with Joshua at G&G Restoration after knowing some of our neighbors had used their company. We chose Owens Corning Duration shingles along with a ridge vent. From the start to finish we were in contact with Joshua and Jerry. A few little hiccups along the way such as rain, a few sheets of plywood to be replaced. When the roofing project was completed there were some aesthetic concerns with the chimney flashing. We contacted G&G Restoration and they worked with us to resolve our concern. G&G Restoration installed synthetic underlayment, ice and water barrier, Duration Shingles. Overall we have a better roof and way better gutters with screen than when the storm first came threw. The increased 5" gutters and the 3x4 are a great improvement from our old system. Overal we are happy with the results.

Jerry and Josh worked closely with Safeco Insurance to insure all of our hail damage was paid for. They watched the project closely to get it done in one day. The roof crew was incredible and the clean up was easy and simple. We would use them again.We were very impressed

I was referred to Geremiah at G&G Restoration by a neighbor who had used him in the past. Geremiah met with me to discuss the replacement of my roof due to storm damage. Unfortunately my insurance company had only allowed a small payment for the roof to be replaced. Geremiah and multiple of his resources worked with the insurance company to archive sufficient payment for the repairs needed. Once we had sufficient money we moved forward with the replacement of my roof. I picked colors and signed the agreement and within a few days material was delivered and work was finished in just a few days. A couple window screens were damaged in the process and Geremiah came out and removed the old screens and the next evening he returned with new screens and installed. Overal I am happy and would use Geremiah with G&G Restoration again! My home looks beautiful :)

Josh and Jerry engineered the project to eliminate venting problems and the poor structure issues we had. They installed Owens Corning Duration Shingles in Summer Harvest Designer Series color. They also installed a Ridge Vent on all the roof ridges. State Farm was really good to work with for the entire project. I would use Josh, Jerry and G & G again for sure!!!

The guys were on time. Did everything we discussed at the price quoted for the shingles we wanted. From the time I originally called G & G to discuss roofing to the time it was finished and paid for was only 8 Days. There was no unprofessional actions or voices from any of the workers or Josh or Jerry. This was not an insurance claim as the result of a hail storm but, our own money out of our pockets. We are selling the home when we retire next year and wanted our homes appearance to be the best a buyer could find. Our Owens Corning Roofing System with the Sur Nail Duration Shingles is as good as it gets. We would use Jerry, Josh and G & G again.

Geremiah worked diligently with my insurance company and helped me navigate the process of replacing a roof when the insurance company was involved. He was very clear on the process and was extremely responsive to all of my emails, texts and phone calls and he thoroughly answered all of my many questions (this was my first time replacing a roof, so I had A LOT of questions) and was very patient during the whole process. As soon as the insurance company approved the claim, he had materials at our house within two days and had his team on the job. They worked very quickly, finishing the job within a couple of days and the quality of their work shows. They were very professional and friendly, even reminding me to please watch out for my dog until they had time to clean up the yard. The roof is absolutely beautiful, it has really improved the overall look of our house. I am more than satisfied and would definitely use them in the future and have already referred a neighbor to them.

Josh and Jerry were in charge of the project. From start to finish they supervised it all. Workers did what they were to do without an issue. The cleanup was exceptional. All of our neighbors were impressed with the work and the outcome. The Owens Corning. Roof System and the Seamless Guttering System completely changed the appearance of our home. We are VERY happy with the results!! Multiple members of G&G Restoration helped in the process. Geremiah the owner was in contact with me threw out the process. Jerry and Joshua were on site during the roof replacement to assure the property was protected and promptly answered any questions I had. From the time of our first contact, and then a few days later signing a contract, work went very fast. We agreed to do the work on the weekend, supplies and material were delivered on Monday, and work on the roof was finished by Wednesday! I was updated as to the progress with text and pictures. When some unforeseen damage was discovered to roof boards, I was informed and damage was quickly fixed and work kept going.

Perfect. Josh and Jerry managed my project like it was there own home. From start to finish they supervised the job, helped clean up, worked with the Traveler's adjuster who was also very helpful with my claim.

Where do I start. First off the owner of this company, Geremiah, is a nightmare. He is extremely rude and volatile. At one point during my dealings with him he was screaming at me on the phone and threatening me. When I expressed my distress to my project manager he apologized and told me that this was a normal occurrence! Apparently Geremiah regularly goes off on customers. I'm not sure how in the world this crazy man has managed to stay in business! Aside from my personal dislike of the owner, the work itself was subpar. The crew that was sent out barely spoke English, which made communication nearly impossible. This was troublesome because of the disregard with which all the workers approached this project. They were extremely sloppy and careless. They broke my backdoor from slamming it open so hard. They broke my blinds. They took a chunk out of my wooden baseboard by dropping a paint can on it. They left deep permanent scratches in our original 100 year old newly restored hardwood floors by dragging a box cutter across them while cutting drywall. They dumped paint in my kitchen sink and when I caught them and said that absolutely wasn't ok, they dumped paint on our front lawn and covered it with leaves. The list goes on. Overall, dealing with this company was like a horrible nightmare that I'm still reminded of everyday when I have to see the remaining damage and condition they left my home in. Please please stay far away from this company for your own sake.

I had contacted Geremiah because a friend had used them last year to replace the roof on her home. From the initial contact this was a great experience. Geremiah came out and provided a estimate around October 2015. I received multiple follow up calls threw the next couple of months to make sure everything was clear and most of all Geremiah just wanted to make sure he stayed in contact. In April is when I told Geremiah I would be ready to start the project. Sure enough April hits and Geremiah was there to follow up again! I had a few things to get in order before I was ready to start and Geremiah was more than willing to wait tell I was ready. Geremiah and I arranged a time to meet and go over the final details about a week before the work started. We picked materials and selected colors. Before material was delivered Geremiah came down and put a protective barrier and carefully protected my property. Material was delivered within a few days and work started promptly. With the extreme heat and a difficult roof to navigate the crew worked diligently threw the week until the roof was completed. G&G Restoration has met all my needs and I have been referring them to friends, family and neighbors. I am extremely happy with the service I received, I've had multiple roofs replaced and by far this was the best and most detailed process I have been threw.

Everything went very very well, the project was competed in a timely manner. There were not any hick ups that delayed the project. Actually my roof was completed on time and the overal clean up was exceptional. This is the first time I've had to replace a roof on my home. My insurance company was who recommended G&G Restoration. My initial contact was with Geremiah , the owner. Wow talk about hands down service. Geremiah scheduled a time to be here and showed up just like he said he would. Geremiah moved fast and was able to get material here within a few days and the roof was completed be Friday!!!! After the roof was completed Geremiah stopped by to pick up the left over material and assure my overall satisfaction. Since the roof has been completed Geremiah has followed up several times and has showed great professionalism while being friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend G&G Restoration to my friends and family along with anyone needing a roof or any type of repair or replacement needs. Not to mention Geremiah was able to get my kitchen refinished. They gutted the kitchen and had it back together within a week. Entire custom cabinets, counter tops and sink, new floor, window , and lighting. I am very pleased with my experience with G&G Restoration.

They came out and sealed everything where they thought the leak was about my kitchen. They were nice and cordial. He said if it doesn't work he would come back out and see what needed to be done to fix it. He said sometimes when they repair leaks like this it's hard to pinpoint the issue. When we started getting rain and storms about the beginning of May it started leaking again and I have a wet spot on my kitchen ceiling. I have called 2 different numbers multiple times and they aren't returning my call.

From the very start this was a positive experience for me. Josh showed up to give a bid on re-roofing our home and of the 4 companies we called out, they were the only ones to actually get up on the roof prior to giving a bid instead of relying on Eagle View. Because of Josh's extra effort, we discovered damage that we were not aware of, and he was extremely helpful in working with our insurance company throughout the claim process. G&G's bid fell in the middle, they were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. I feel like we got more than a fair price on our new roof. From the moment we signed the contract, things moved fast. We worked together to get the deposit in place, and materials were delivered the next day. 2 days after signing the contract, their crew was on site and got straight to work. it took them 3 days to remove 2 layers of old wood shingles & shake, deck the roof (it didn't have any decking at all), and install the new shingles. The roof is large (3000 sq ft) and steep in some places. I feel that this job was completed very fast and we are extremely happy to have had G & G do it. The crew showed up daily at about 8AM and worked until dusk each day. They kept the area around the house as clean as could be expected with removing that much material, and the clean up job after completion was good. Both Josh and Geremiah stopped by after the job was completed to make sure we didn't have any questions and were satisfied with the work performed. Geremiah pointed out a couple of things with the roof that I had thought were fine, but he said needed to be corrected. This right here tells me that they're running an A+ business. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend G & G to family or friends, and will absolutely be using them for any roof work in the future.

They did the work and it was fine. They arrived very late. We scheduled for 11:00 in the morning but they came several hours later. They also worked on the roof for 30 minutes so I'm not sure they did an excellent job.
