It was a wonderful experience. Geremiah was great at communicating everything with us and making sure we understood all aspects of the work. We were treated really well, and the cost was great. Geremiah is a great guy who takes an overwhelming experience and makes it pretty painless. Any missteps along the way were dealt with extremely well and very quickly. You can easily tell that Geremiah truly wants his customers happy and pleased and has pride in his business. Pretty rare these days.

I contacted G&G online following an early March hail storm for a roof inspection. They were quick to contact me back and set up an initial inspection. Brad Cloughley came to my house and did enough of an inspection to determine that I needed to contact my insurer for a full roof replacement. I was impressed by his knowledge at this initial meeting. He informed me that he would like to be present when the insurance adjuster came to my property. He informed me that texting was a good way to contact him. I set up an appointment with my adjuster and Brad confirmed via text that he would be able to arrive. When that appointment came, Brad canceled 15 min prior to that meeting. When I texted back that I was disappointment that he canceled so late, he called me back and let me know his reasons (basically that adjusters only talk to the homeowner and they don't like to be told how to do their job). I accepted his reasoning, but would have appreciated a call to cancel sooner than 15 min before the appointment as it was clear from his explanation that he decided he was never going to come to the meeting. I was still willing to work with him despite this. The adjuster approved a full roof replacement and I sent information to Brad. He seemed ready to get to work and meet with me. He was able to work up a quote quickly that was close to State Farm's estimate and I was ready to work with him to sign a contract. I asked him to email me a written quote and he agreed; He never sent it to me. We set up a time to meet to discuss getting the roof completed. Brad dropped off color samples on my porch and I though he was interested in working with me. When it was time for our meeting, he never showed. He never called to cancel or reschedule. I contacted him to ask if he was still coming to our meeting and he never responded. I would not recommend G & G due to the unprofessionalism that I experienced. I had to start over with a new contractor.

Geremiah agreed to do the job the insurance company specified and even delivered the materials. Later he changed his mind and asked the insurance company to re-evaluate. Of course the insurance company did not change its findings. I asked Geremiah for an estimate for the work he recommended and he did not give me one. My grade is more of an incomplete than a C.

The arrived on time and performed their task professionally.

The replacement part went well. The contractor let us know that the roof needed to be replaced and the insurance investigator agreed. What followed did Not go well. The contractor G&G came out and showed us some samples, discussed the work to be done and estimated the cost of the project. He had us sign a contract for the work and supplies. The first sign of trouble came during the project discussion, my husband talked about the work to be done and asked about how the 'roof valley's were to be installed...Geremiah said, "with all due respect, you have no idea what the %$#@ you're talking about". We sat there for several moments - if, I'd responded as I felt, I would have asked him at time to leave our property. As my husband appeared to be okay with it, I let it drop. Later I learned that my husband was so surprised he didn't know what to say. We then waited for several weeks due to the weather. The materials were delivered and, at our request, were covered. During this time it rained on and off with some frequency. Geremiah had told us that the work would have to wait until they had at least three (3) consecutive days without rain in the forecast before they could begin. Geremiah called on Tuesday and let us know that they would begin with the demolition of the existing roof on the following Thursday. On Wednesday, it continued to rain (total of .72 inches that day). I called Geremiah and asked him if we could wait one more day before beginning because the ground was so saturated that water was standing all over the yard but, more especially over the septic field. He very reluctantly agreed. Later that day, Geremiah called back (while it was still raining) and said that they couldn't wait and either we agreed to be available the following day or he would invoke the clause in the contract that required us to pay for the materials plus a penalty fee. At this point I did raise my voice - Geremiah told me to quiet down and informed me that he was recording the conversation. Fortunately, he had, at some point, added his father to the discussion and his father turned out to want a solution to the problem. He suggested that they arrange to pick up the materials and we would all walk away.

Joshua Lambert was thorough, knowledgeable, personable and extremely honest with us...which was what we wanted! We were very impressed with him and will call him again if we are in need of anything for our roof.

Josh took the time to meet me at my convenience working around my schedule, he took the time to answer my questions. Since that meeting he has always answered or returned my calls right away. The roof is now done. I went to work with an old roof on my house, came home with a new one. The roof looks great and it was like no one was ever there. Clear of any signs of nails or debris. I have flowers and plants all around my house so I was worried that there might be some damage. No damage, they are the same as when I left the house that morning. Very pleased with service and how my roof looks. My gutters are next, can't wait to see how they turn out!

Josh Lambert with G & G Restoration was our point of contact. He was incredibly responsive and helpful through out the entire process. Needing to have your roof replaced due to age or storm damage is a big and costly project, and we needed a reliable, knowledge and responsive contractor. Josh showed up when we expected, inspected the damage and most importantly helped us through the insurance claim process. He made sure that he was present when the insurance claims adjustor inspected the property, advocating on behalf. The work was quoted and completed exactly as Josh said it would be. The roof replacement was done in one day and the siding replaced a few days after. After each day of work our property was cleaned and left in spotless condition. Our new roof complements our house, and you can't tell that the siding has been replaced because it matches so well! Our house now looks beautifully restored, and I would highly recommend a call to G&G if your looking to have roof or siding work done!

We could not have had a better experience. I received a call back in less than 30 minutes of my initial inquiry. The owner was at my house within 3 hours to help put an emergency tarp on my roof. They helped me to understand my insurance policy and worked with the insurance adjuster on my behalf. I would highly recommend hiring a contractor before you have an insurance inspection. No way I was getting on the roof to point out the hail damage to the adjuster. This put my mind at ease. I had a new roof within a week of my initial call. I've only found a handful of nails in my yard. Great work and great experience.

getting the roof done was not the problem , the repair work was done well, there was some property damage and lots of nails left behind, however this was an insurance job and in order to get all the money to pay for the job we needed an invoice they refused to produce one for weeks but kept demanding money when they did come up with one it was very vague and they kept sending it to the wrong place , during the entire job we were lied to every time we talked to them they would tell us it would be this way and when called out on it they would come up with another lie to cover that one, then when we agreed to pay them some of the money till the insurance company got an invoice so we could get the rest of the money to be able to pay it in full , they came to my house threatened me and got in my face yelling at me because they did not like the questions I was asking , the owner told me during this dialogue that he did not work for me and could treat me however he wanted , they have no concept of we are paying you and that you have to make us happy not the other way around, both the owner and his father are pushy and dishonest, would not recommend them to build a dog house.

Best over all experience josh was great. Work was all done in about 6 hours .roof looks amazing. And clean up was terrific.

Joshua Lambert came out and inspected my roof. He is very thorough with his inspection. He climbed up to the roof and walk over all of it. He even went to the attic to see where the strange noise came from. I am very impressed with his work and definitely will call him again if I have roof problem.

They did storm inspection for our roof. It was done professionally. Very satisfied. We will hire them again for our roof.

G & G did good job and with in my time limit and not too expensive. They send me all pictures of work they performed.

Josh & Gerry were courteous and helpful as we worked with the insurance claim. The work was done quickly and professionally. There was one shingle that didn't lay right and Josh sent out a worker to fix it. The gutter team did a great job too. Josh and Gerry followed up in person after the roof was completed and after the gutters were done. They inspected the work and made sure things were done well and that we were satisfied. They strive for customer satisfaction.

Went very well. A piece of shingle had blown off the roof. I purchased a $99.00 roof maintenance pkg for an overall assessment of roof condition. A detailed inspection was made including numerous photos that showed area of damage. Temporary repairs were made to secure roofing due to impending bad weather and holidays and I was given an estimate for permanent repairs with credit of $99.00 already paid. I accepted their bid and had work completed a couple of weeks later. All very professionally and pleasantly handled.

Great! They went above and beyond what was necessary. They provided photos with of hail damage on our siding and put our minds at ease with some professional advice. They pointed out guttering improvements and were overall very helpful! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had several contractors including Geremiah out to give a bid. He was thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done. He gave me a couple of options to choose from. I had a number of follow-up questions over the next few weeks, all of which he answered promptly. It was obvious Geremiah knows his trade and cares about the work that gets done. It came down to being very close between him and one other contractor and I selected the other one, but it was nearly a coin flip. I'm confident that G&G would have done good quality work and I'd definitely recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business.

The part of the roof that was leaking was fixed, however I had several projects that I wanted done after the roof. I spoke to Joshua multiple times and he kept saying he would get out to do an estimate, however that has still not happened and it's been a month now. We don't live in a big, fancy house, so I don't know if they are only interested in $$$$ projects, but I guess we'll have to find someone else that's reliable.

Great job did short inspection and found no repair was needed

Originally contacted G&G Restoration for a roof estimate. We scheduled a appointment for Monday am. Geremiah with G&G Restoration showed up on time and was prepared to provide a estimate on the spot. They were able to beat the other deal we have plus they were installing better quality products. We agreed to do the work and they had the material delivered the next day. Work began on Wednesday and they were completely finished by Thursday and when we returned home from work everything was cleaned up and tidey. Geremiah stayed in contact with us during the replacement process. We are pleased with the quick turn around and have referred them to our grandparents for a roof replacement. We will use them again in the future. Geremiah even was willing to drive and pick up actual material samples so we could choose what we wanted. They even went as faf as upgrading our roof shingles at no additional cost.

From initial contact Geremiah worked fast to get us a quote. We received 3 estimates from G&G Restoration within a hour of initial contact. We agreed to move forward as they said they could knock out the work before the week was over. Material was delivered on Monday afternoon. Geremiah stayed in contact to let us know when the crew would be there. Wednesday the crew showed up and was able to finish the complete roof same day. Very pleased with overall workmanship and the speedy service. Clean up was good! We would highly recommend Geremiah with G&G Restoration to friends and family looking to have a roof replaced.

Everything was performed in a timely manner. From the time they came and looked at the problem, to the time it was fixed was approximately two weeks. They even pushed the timeline up in order to beat the rain.

Josh and Jerry gave us lowest quote of 3 roofing companies. Workers were quick, efficient and did a great job. Clean up was amazing. We would highly recommend this company.
