Description of Work: G&G installed Rhino gutter guard on our home. Until we had a problem Geremiah was great. We had our gutter guard installed in November 2013. Then after we finally got some rain we noticed there was water dripping between the gutter and the facia board. Over the next 5 months G&G sent out people on 2 different occasions. They didn't know what to do. G&G said they would resolve the problem. They didn't! They said our gutter was put up wrong and wanted to sell us new guttering. We declined. |We had a local building inspector look at the gutter and he said the gutters were fine, but that the gutter guard was not sloped correctly. |Finally I contacted the Rhino company since G&G wouldn't return my calls. They Rhino company was wonderful and knew what the problem was right away. G&G had installed the wrong type of gutter guard. Rhino tried to get G&G to replace the product with the correct kind. Rhino even offered to supply the correct kind free of charge. G&G wouldn't install it. |When Geremiah finally did call me he cussed me out, threatened to call the sheriff, TV reporters, and to file a lawsuit. I've never had anyone been so disrespectful. |Anyway, Rhino sent the correct gutter guard to us free of charge and we paid to get it installed.

Description of Work: Had some clogged gutters but unclogged the worst ones myself beforehand because of heavy rain in the forecast. They completed the job where I left off and did everything they said they would do, and quickly.

Description of Work: I called and verified they could perform the work I need before purchasing the "big deal". I was assured it was no problem. Things got ugly before they even started. I ask for my money back and Jeramiah agreed then backed out. Work was done fine. I had to take off work to be there when they were working and one day they didn't call or show up. Would not recommend.

Description of Work: I called left msg with a girl to not call for a week cause my sister's funeral was the next day. Jeremiah called next day anyway and on voicemail gives us bad news we did not qualify for the loan

Description of Work: Nothing went well on this and it continues to date. Was promised someone to clean gutters within a couple of weeks and it has been 2 months without service delivered. Four calls and one on site visit but still nothing. Was explained that the workforce quit and the owners are handling. Full of promises but no solutions. Do not trust anything you are told by this company.

Description of Work: This was an aerial view of our house so G & G could quote a price for the roof replacement. |My husband felt the view we got could have been achieved by using Google Earth. The gentleman was very nice and said if we didn't think it was fair, to contact Angie's list and he would refund the price. I didn't want to do that because I know he spent a lot of time writing different quotes. We never had that roof replaced because we didn't get the home equity loan we were expecting. I would use this company in the future if things change.

Description of Work: Replacement roof: When they came out to consult and measure the roof one of the main guys slid off the roof and (thankfully) crashed onto the 2nd story deck. He was ok, thank goodness. That was scary though. After the roof was replaced they had to come back more than once to fix many, many sections of buckled shingles. After coming back once to fix the buckled shingles they had to return because the shingles continued to buckle. They eventually figured out it was a ventilation problem and got the job fixed after coming back again for a 3rd time of pounding and hammering. To their credit they were very interested in resolving the issue and were responsive and prompt. Our issues were fixed except for the attic fan that was damaged by old shingles falling into it. But after spending $13k (more than we have spent on any one thing ever) and having two visits out to fix the work after initial installation, this does not inspire great confidence in the job. This might have been their one slip up. Everyone makes mistakes...including us. But this was our experience. They were very nice however and fixed the issue. As far as the price, I would be interested to know the percentage of jobs that these and other roofers do for their "Special Deal" price of $5k. Though it was all listed clearly in the fine print and explained thoroughly and clearly by their reps, I would be very interested in knowing how many (if any) actually pay the $5k special offer price. Though they were not deceptive on the price whatsoever, the "Special Deal" price is definitely a marketing price so don't expect to get ur roof replaced for $5k unless it's a garage.

Description of Work: He came out and inspected the siding and stated that it needed additional repair and had to order the required siding. The work has not been completed to date, however he has been in contact.

Description of Work: G&G gave me an estimate on the damage to the roof of a property that I was thinking about purchasing. They were very professional and informative. I would definitely consider using G&G in the future.

Description of Work: They advertised a$99 inspection and tuneup on my siding. The guy finally came out after at least three scheduled appointmrents. He looked at my siding, I saw pictures of his son a nd he left. Later got an estimate of $600+. This was a bate and switch.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $69 for precise aerial measurement service and estimate of roof. They sent me the measurements to my phone. They provided the estimate in that. My husband talked to the employee. My husband was very impressed with them. He said that they helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Description of Work: Contacted them to see if they could do roofing repair on a standing seam steel roof. Mr. Gilliland advised they could not do that type of repair, and spent time with me on the phone suggesting options and other businesses to contact who might be helpful. He was genuinely interested in helping find a business who could do the repair. As a result of the information he provided, I was able to locate other businesses who may be able to do the specialized roofing work needed.

Description of Work: Spoke with Geremiah concerning ventilation on my vaulted ceiling. He was more than helpful in explaining why the ceiling had condensation in the spring and what the possible problem was. Geremiah even called back later to give me a website about house ventilation that proved to be helpful. I have not come to a course of action yet on getting the problem fixed so have not hired a contractor yet. Would not have any reserve in hiring G and G. Was very impressed.

Description of Work: My siding was looking very rough. Dusty and his crew came out and fixed holes in my siding, fixed trim, soffitt and caulking. They had great attention to detail which resulted in my house looking a thousand times better.
