Description of Work: We discovered a leak in the roof. i called G&G and they returned the phone call within 30 minutes. A representative of the company came over about 20 minutes later and did a repair on the spot. Geremiah was prompt, courteous and quite professional. this was an excellent experience with this company and i would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing repair.

Description of Work: Entire roof tore off to decking. Replaced with synthetic felt, starter shingles, ice and water barrier and Owens Corning Duration Sure Nail Architectural Shingles. Josh and Jerry helped us with the project and clean up and had no complaints. We would use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Josh and Jerry arranged settlement with Farm Bureau Ins for hail damage to our home and the home of my mother. When time came to replace the roofs on both homes we were one day away from leaving on our 30 Day river cruise in Europe. There was nothing for us to do to stall the project we needed done. We paid G & G the entire project and left for our Europe Cruise. We returned in 30 days to see that Josh and Jerry had installed two of the most beautiful Owens Corning roofs on our homes that we could have asked for. No more money due and it doesn't get any better than that. We would recommend G & G to everyone. Thank You!!

Description of Work: Overall, they are a good company and I would recommend them. They clearly have knowledge in the industry. The only negative side I experienced was that they wanted me to just follow one course of action. There was some disconnect in communication as far as what should be accomplished. In the end I asked for a refund because the package would not cover everything my roof needed. I'm not sure that I'm a fan of big deals over all but not G&G responsibility. Thanks
