Absolutely stellar experience. Requested a quote on a Sunday afternoon, not expecting an immediate response but got one anyway and had someone out two days later. Very knowledgeable and professional. Didn't rush through inspection and gave us a thorough report and explanation of recommended repairs. The estimate was much lower than expected. Kept it real the whole time and didn't make us feel pressured to make any decisions. No one wants to have to drop money on a roof but if you must, we highly recommend this company.

Everything went Great according to the plan that Geremiah set forth. I had several companies out to bid on the job and moved forward with another company at first. However they were not willing or able to work with our insurance company, to negotiate a working cost for them, and me to replace our roof. I called Geremiah (Good Roofing) again and he was willing to move forward with the project for what the insurance company was willing to offer. He negotiated with my insurance company for additional supplies ($$$) needed to complete the job the way it should be. He has the ability and know how to present his request for additional supplies and repairs with supporting pictures, documentation, and city code regulations. Geremiah (Good Roofing) will do what needs to be done, if at all possible, to make it right and make you happy. You can't go wrong with Good!

Work started quickly (couple days) after getting an estimate. When issues came up I was given solutions to keep me within budget. Very happy with quality of workmanship! Highly recommend

Had an emergency roof issue due to the high winds causing a tree limb damage my roof and gutter. They came out the next day to patch my roof and inspect for additional damage. Will be working with them in the future. Highly recommend using them.

Geremiah was extremely responsive and honest. I would highly recommend this company as they did what was needed without trying to do more than what was required.

Hired G&G Restoration to repair roof damage that was allowing rain water to enter the walls of the house and come in the front door. G&G worked with our insurance company (ASI) to obtain a claim payment based on hail damage. G&G replaced the entire roof with new shingles, but apparently did nothing in the way of channels for roof valleys and did not install any flashing around seams where the stucco meets the shingles. As a consequence, we have even more water than before coming in around the front door and also through a living room window. It comes in the house and in the garage. G&G knew that water leaks were the principal reason for our call and yet they did the minimum work required and left the roof full of openings where rain water could enter.

My experience with G&G started off well and quickly turned awful. I met G&G at a local contractor event at Menards. They were very nice and professional, and quickly arranged a time to come onsite to provide a quote for stairs that I wanted added to my deck. They provided a professional presentation with several references and ensured customer service was their number one priority. I was given a quote and was able to negotiate down to a price that I found reasonable. We even BOTH signed a contract for the work. They said they would schedule within 1-2 weeks. That's when things went down hill... One week later, they said they had training and everyone was tied up and they would come out next week. Another week passes, and I reach out again. "We will be there Saturday" they say. Saturday comes, and I'm impatiently waiting around because they gave me no time table. I called someone I had been working with and he says that he no longer works there. Ok.. I call someone else and ask about my appointment and get a "I dont know let me call you back" response. Then the owner himself calls to apologize for the delay and I'm thinking oh maybe he will fix all of the confusion. Instead he proceeds to tell me how he had to fire two employees for stealing and way too many details that I really didn't find professional and ultimately says that the quote I was provided is inaccurate and that he cannot honor that price. They resent a quote about a week later for an ADDITIONAL $1000 from the original price. I responded and asked for the initial signed contract pricing and described how dissatisfied I was with their service. No response. I honestly don't know how they run a business at all if they walk around providing quotes they cant honor. Do not recommend at all.

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to have a leak repaired. I was told the person who handles the schedule would call me back. After a week I called again and was told the same thing. It’s now been another week and no one has called to schedule an appointment. I guess they don’t need my business.

We originally asked G & G to come by to inspect our roof after a hail storm. They worked with us and the insurance to get everything covered. We had some issues with our insurance originally rejecting our claim but G & G really went to bat for us and helped get everything fully covered! When the check finally came through, they did the job much faster than we expected and we haven't had any issues. We chose to do a few upgrades (new skylight and leaf protection) and are very happy with the work they did on those as well!

Our sun room roof sprung a leak not even a month after purchasing our house. Geremiah came out and inspected the roof to locate the issue. His quote was far less than I had expected as it was a small job that no one else really wanted to take on at this time of the year. He showed genuine concern for our situation and bumped us to the front of the list as rain had apparently been leaking where both roof lines join for quite some time. Water had leaked through a ceiling light fixture and both sky lights. He also showed me where it had leaked into the dining room. If we had to wait until spring to repair the damage from rain and melting snow it could have been more extensive and costly to fix. Geremiah explained what needed to be done and what products they were going to use. He took before, during and after pictures and explained everything they found while prepping for the repair, and gave suggestions on future upkeep and eventual replacement. I will definitely keep G & G Restoration at the top of my list for future work. Thank you so much Geremiah and Paul.

A friend recommended G&G Restoration for my roof when I had a leak in my kitchen. The owner Geremiah came out in no time to see what my problem was. He showed me I had hail damage to my roof and water was getting inside the attic, which I had no idea. Geremiah told me to report it to my insurance company because I had hail damage, Geremiah was wonderful and he dealt with the field adjuster on our behalf since he knew more about roofs then we did. He made sure with the damage we had that we would get a full roof replacement. He was great and handled everything with our insurance company. He has completed our roof which we love. He is still in the process of finishing up the gutters and other things that need to be done. He is very polite and professional. If there is anything that isn't right he will go out of his way to make it right. I give him an A+ for my roof.

They came out, inspected the roof, and told me that it was showing some signs of wear but could last at least another two to three years if not longer.

Jeremiah was prompt, courteous and quickly performed the need repairs. He also sent me pictures of his work, without me having to ask. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Jerimiah and G&G.

A year ago I had a small leak with a heavy rain, Geremiah came out and checked it out and determined it was blowing in underneath, he resealed loose shingles. He was very polite and professional, explained everything to me. I had no more issues until this year when we had all the storms. Remembering how great Geremiah was before I called G&G again and was not disappointed. He came out and looked it over and said I had hail damage and should call the insurance. He was here when the insurance inspector came, did the complete walkthru of the damage. Within a week from the Insurance approval my roof was complete and looks great, I am having them do the interior repair as well. I would definitely use G & G again and highly recommend them.

This entire experience could not have gone any better! When my living room ceiling started to leak during a recent rain storm, I started to contact roofing companies for estimates. Josh Lampert from G&G Restoration was the first to respond, and very quickly. We set an appointment for a few days later. Josh brought with him another co-worker, Sunny. They inspected my roof and determined I did have hail damage. I was so impressed with them, we started a claim with my insurance company that day. A few days later, the adjuster scheduled a visit at my home, and both Josh and Sunny came. The adjuster concluded I did have damage and paid me a portion of the claim that day. That was a Tuesday. Later that same day, the owner of the company, Geramiah, called me and talked me through the next phase. By Thursday the materials were delivered to my house, and Saturday the crew started the roof replacement. They finshed the next day. I have a new roof that is safe and looks amazing!! This whole process was amazing! Josh was so responsive when I contacted him with questions. I was impressed that the owner even called me! The crew was great! They took care of my plants so they would not get damaged. They cleaned up my yard when they were done. They even were kind enough to answer questions when they were working. I would recommend this company to everyone! I actually already have! I will be using G&G Restoration next spring to replace my gutters (sadly they were not included in the claim). Great job guys!! You all Rock!!
