Since I can't get the owner to call me back to schedule service, I want my money back!

Geremiah inspected the home and came up with a plan that was within the budget and when the closing date came he had his crews on site and working the next day. They completed the work in 5 days and did an excellent job. The inspector easily passed the VA HUD inspection and because of G&G we are home owners. I will recommend them to everyone I know for all projects of this type. Many thanks to G&G!

Mr. Gilliland responded to my request for roof repair and did so very quickly. He kept me updated as things progressed and was a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for any roofing needs.

We are so happy with the service. The best service we ever have. After waiting for another company for 4 days.We call Tuesday morning and Geremiah told my husband he will come over that afternoon. Geremiah text us to let us know he was getting lunch and shortly after that got another text he was on his way. He is the most polite and professional person I met. For a young man very respectful of seniors. He check the roof and explained with details and pictures what the problems was. Also that he will try to have it done before the weekend. This morning he text us that material was order and the job was done this afternoon. We did not have to stay around for the guys to do the job. Later this evening I received a very polite message to ask if I saw his guys and when I sent a message back, very nicely ask me how or when we wanted to pay the services. He suggest the easy way Pay Pal and we did it that way. We love to work this way. We already refer this company to a friend. After the Holidays we are having other work done. Geremiah was wonderful.

From the start this company was punctual, responsive, and professional. I had an "in-between" job that some other contractors didn't even bid on. (The job wasn't necessarily too small, but it fell in between various areas of expertise, thus making it harder to find the right crew to perform the work.) But Geremiah checked out the problem in-depth, promptly put in a very competitive bid, and was again punctual in getting the work done. His credentials are very good, and attitude was positive. I wouldn't hesitate to use G&G again, or recommend them.

Work was done very professionally and I was pleased with the interactions with Geremiah. I am pleased with all aspects of the job: cost, quality, and efficiency. I would definitely call on them again.

The service we received was top notch. They were professional, detailed and took the extra time to understand our needs and make the appropriate recommendation. I would absolutely use them again and recommend their services to anyone looking for a roof repair or replacement. The job was done on time, and within budget!

Shingles were removed and replaced on both of our homes in a timely fashion. Both locations were cleaned with no problems. Workers were efficient and knew their trade. The company owners were friendly, very helpful and knew their stuff! It was appreciated that they were present when the adjusters were on the location to point out things that otherwise might have been overlooked. We would recommend this company to friends and acquaintances with no hesitation.

G&G was great company to deal with & I highly recommend them. Geremiah & the rest of his team were very helpful in working with my insurance company to get all of the hail damaged approved for repair, meeting multiple times with myself & the adjuster to ensure that my home was completely restored for the storm damage. Geremiah even went out of his way to personally repaint some flashing with colored matched paint, because "he didn't think it look right" I thought it looked great, but was happy to see him take concern with the quality of the work his company provided. I am very thankful for all of their assistance & look forward to working with them again!!

G & G Restoration LLC is very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me and kept us informed about the work being done.

Good - called G&G, asked if they repaired metal roofs. They were interested from the start. They drove up north and looked at it, gave me a bid, started and finished job.

It was fine. The estimate was too high so we didn’t use them. It was a nice guy but he was way too high. They didn’t have to come out, they took the pictures through GPS from Google Earth and it worked. Their service was excellent but I am just not going to pay the price they want. The big deal price was fine for what they did. They did a great job. Everything about them was excellent and they wanted to charge for it!

Work was excellent, Very dependable and very helpful. Price was also very good.

The water on the roof is coming off inbetween the gutters and the facia. There are nails that were left up on the roof. It was pure negligence on their part and lack of attention to the job. I made some mistakes by trusting these guys and that was my mistake, but they did not do what they said they were going to do. They left shotty work at my home and have not come back to repair what they said they would. I had a conversation with their receptionist and she advised me that they would contact me to come back out and take a look. They never gave me a guarantee for the job either. The crew was not supervised during the job. They are probably afraid to come back and see as the job was not supervised. No one from their organization has come back to check the work after it was completed either. They were paid in full the day the job was compeleted and it seems that they have not cared since the money was handed over. Maybe I should have suspected something when they kept telling me how great they supposedly were.

They took materials that I paid for. Their workers were non English speaking. I couldn't even talk to them when work was being done improperly and it was never repaired. They are very substandard and it is going to leak soon I am sure of it. I am not happy at all with them. They had one good review on Angie's list and a referral from friend and that is what started it, but the outside review on Angie's list said they were good. I would never use them again.

The roof, gutters, down spouts, awning and air conditioner unit were damaged by a hail storm. State Farm Insurance gave me an estimate of what they would pay for the repairs. Jerry Gilliland agreed to do the total repairs as per the State Farm estimate. He said he would do the roof repairs right away and come back in two weeks with an experienced gutter crew to do the rest of the repairs. I agreed to pay for the roof repairs when that part was complete.That was five weeks ago. I didn't know when they are coming back to finish the job as promised. They didn't answer phone calls or e-mails.

Geremiah and his crew did a great job. Great customer service. Geremiah was very helpful in selecting the right materials for this job. He and his team were very responsive to all questions and requests. We are very happy with the final product. Clean up was great (haven't found one scrap yet). I would highly recommend G&G.

Our new roof looks fantastic! The installation went very well which can be attributed to the conscientious workmanship of G&G. We, mostly my wife, had several questions, and the owner called and/or came out to answer them all. We wanted to make sure that our investment in the new roof was the right one. It was. The workers were professional, cleaned up after htemselves, and worked until the project was completed.

The crew was professional and skilled. They removed all the waste and swept for nails repeatedly. Awesome job.

Geremiah was Very unprofessional and aggressive. He came out to give estimate but did not get on the roof where the leak was nor did he measure any part of my roof. Demanded payment for coming out to my property to give "estimate" that I never received. He Kept harassing me to use his business since he had met with our insurance adjuster. He Threatened to send me to small claims court if I did not pay for his trips to my house.

When I initially called I wanted to get an estimate and this was not the only business I called. I was told by Geremiah that he was not going to do all of the running around (waiting for the other estimates) and that when I was ready to have the job done to give him a call. Then he told me all of the reasons that I should just use his business. It was uncomfortably aggressive. It didn't feel right but they were a family business which I liked and he was really quick at getting back to me and my problem really needed to be taken care of. Geremiah was very friendly in person and seemed to know what he was talking about. He took pictures and showed us the damage, how he was going to fix it and showed us pictures of other places he had done the same way. I had also told him that we were on a strict budget and didn't have very much money and was happy when he told us that he would be more than happy to work with any type of payment plan we needed. From initial contact to end of job was approximately 2 weeks due to weather. After having talked about budget and payment options at length imagine our surprise when 2 days after the job was completed Geremiah was calling, telling me he had lost his phone and was demanding a payment by credit card. I don't know what one thing had to do with the other. The call was not pleasant and he upset both my partner and myself because the conversation on the phone was very different than the one we had in person. It ended with my partner telling him to send an invoice and that she would then send a check. He sent an invoice and we immediately sent a check. No thank you from him, no nothing after that. I don't know if it was because we were women and he thought he could bully us or if he is just always overly aggressive over the phone. At one point we were going to call him when we were ready to replace the whole roof but he made us so uncomfortable that we will not be using him again. The work itself is fine and it was done in a very timely manner. He has good reviews so maybe our treatment was an anomaly. who knows. since having written this review which initially was a B. Geremiah has called as has harassed us to change our rating. He ended the phone call by saying he would do what he had to do. I guess what he had to do was the response below that is false to cover his unprofessional behavior. I again stress that he called two days after the job was complete insisting on a credit card number. We asked for an invoice and it took HIM a week to get it to us. We paid in full within 2 days. There was no price reduction and there was ZERO discussion about or in writing about 50% due when material drops. We have all of the of the paper work, the proposal and the invoice and there is nothing in writing about needing the 50%. He called and harassed my partner at work over our initial review that was mostly favorable and I said that the work was good and done in a timely manner. and then he called us at home and spoke very aggressively and in a very condescending manner asked if we wanted our money back. I said no. You did the work and the work was good. It was the personality that did not work. He demanded to know what he could do to change our rating and I said there really wasn't anything and his treatment of me on the phone did nothing to help in fact it made things worse, because he made the open ended threat that he would do what he had to do and then hung up on me. That is why I have now chosen to take his rating from a B to an F. I will be calling Angie's list. I would not think that these reviews are asked for so that the people whose services you have used could be bullying and abusive. We will definitely not be hiring this company EVER again and if you are thinking of dealing with Geremiah I would think long and hard.

Jerry Gilliland was very good to deal with and has an excellent crew. Our roof has had no problems with anything.

Jerry Gilliland, one of the of G's in G&G Restoration LLC, is fabulous! He did an exceptional job of managing the entire process of replacing my roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. I very much appreciated his patience with me and I felt he treated me like family. Jerry did a walk-around, get-on-the-roof assessment of my home right at first and provided information to my insurance company about additional siding damage not included in the initial insurance check. The insurance company agreed with his findings and issued an additional check to me. Jerry was willing to meet at my work if it was more convenient for me than having to drive home. He answered all my questions and I had cell phone access to him for any concerns. The work crews were efficient and cleaned up after they were done...no roof nails or scrap materials left in the yard. After the first big rain I noticed one corner joint of guttering was leaking. I contacted Jerry and he had the crew stop by to make an adjustment. Truly a positive experience and I will definitely contact them again if needed.
