I received prompt replies from them until I advised them that I would not be able to have the roof inspection done until a later date due to my work schedule. I provided them with the date that I would be available to have the inspection done and never received another response. I decided to go with another service provider as a result.

They were professional, sincere and did a great job on the repairs, completing them the same day of the inspection. Andy, the technician, was very conscientious and concerned that I was completely satisfied with the work performed, asking me to check everything to make sure there was nothing else that I thought needed to be done.

We spent almost an hour on the phone. He said he tried to call me, but I didn't answer. I felt reprimanded. He said he sat in front of my house while I was getting another estimate. He came back and the other guy left, and had somebody with him. He showed me that he had called me, and I explained that I was not purposely ignoring him. He was outside for about 15 minutes, I saw him on the roof, and he came and said it would be $640. But that was just for the hole in the chimney, after I had told him I wanted my whole roof done. I felt like he hadn't listened to me when we spoke on the phone. When he got really close to me, I joked and said "What are you, 12 years old?" and he got really offended, but I didn't mean for him to get offended, just that he looks young. I felt like he took everything I said the wrong way and was very condescending and patronizing. Then he said "Why don't you just take my special on Angie's List." The guy that was with him said I was very rude, to which I told them they could leave. Last night when I let my dog outside, I luckily went out with him and noticed my gate was still standing wide open. I felt he left it open on purpose. The gate doesn't just swing open on it's own, it drags on the ground. When we were speaking, he kept cupping his hand over his ear and said he couldn't hear over the dog.

After scheduling the service I got a call the afternoon that they were supposed to be here that they weren't going to make it and could they reschedule for Friday. I wasn't going to be available Friday, but they said no problem, I didn't have to be here. I then get a text message on Friday that they probably won't be here that day either. I texted back to explain that I needed to have other services done and this needed to be done first, so sooner would be better than later. Later that afternoon I get a call from them looking for the guy that was supposed to be doing my gutters. He finally showed up at about 5 or 5:30. Apart from the scheduling issues they seem to have done a reasonable job and were very pleasant to work with. I would probably call them again.

Unfortunately, although they are listed as doing work in the Springfield MO area, they do not. Jeremiah responded quickly to my email and told me they don't work in Springfield. I told him they were listed in Springfield. He responded that it was because they have reviews from Springfield. I double checked and they are listed as including Springfield in their area of work.

Everything went great! The representatives of G&G Restoration were very professional and very easy to work with. Geremiah knows his business and is very helpful. He was always available for my phone calls with questions, and kept in touch with us frequently to make sure we were happy. His crews were very polite and professional and left the premises very clean. I think we now have the nicest looking house in the neighborhood. His recommendations for the roofing and vent type were excellent. We have neighbors walking by now and pointing and talking about our roof. I'm sure they are commenting how nice it looks. I don't think you can go wrong in hiring G&G Restoration.

Met with me the next day for a thorough analysis if the problem. Work was done quickly within a week. I was pleased with all of my interactions and would hire this company again.

Gerimiah was there when he said he would be and so were the roofers. They were in and out quick!

It was okay. I was a little surprised, he was contractor not necessarily a roofer. The coupon was for his consulting work up to $400 and it was my fault I didn't read the fine print. I was expecting it was a $99 coupon toward the work being done. But, he gave me some terrific insights into other things I had going on and I gladly paid him the $100 and I don't have anything bad to say about him. It was my fault I didn't understand the ad correctly. I was pleased to meet him and if I need a contractor in the future, I will use. He couldn't inspected the roof because of the snow and it was acceptable for me. I thought the price was good.

My husband initially scheduled with Geremiah, then I purchased the Angie's List special, booked it through Angie's List for the time we had already agreed upon. Geremiah let me know they did not have any appointments available then, so I told him we were already on the schedule; he was very prompt in his response. Weather prevented them from doing the job as scheduled, but he was in the neighborhood a few days later and decided to stop to see if he could go ahead and take care of it earlier than our rescheduled date. My husband talked with him after they finished the gutter work and we are getting a quote from this company for a few more repairs we need to have done. Very professional, cleaned up nicely, and very communicative.

He inspected the roof and gave me a estimate and date he will come and fix.After couple of weeks,he told me that he wont be able to do since he is busy.That wasted my time and I could have a gotten someone else to fix it sooner.

My experience with Geremiah from G&G Restoration LLC was unfortunately, very limited, as I lived outside the area his company covers. However he was very helpful throughout our communications, and although he couldn't help us, I would still recommend him to others within his area for his professionalism.

It eventually went fine. I had to wait all over the time for him finish the process but he did come out before the first rain storm and cleaned everything up, so I was happy with it,

I was most impressed with the integrity & professionalism of this contractor. I contacted the owner, Geremiah Gilliland, for an inspection of my roof due to a recent hail storm in the area. He inspected the entire roof and took photos showing the roof's current condition. After the inspection, he took the time to explain & show pictures of what hail damage to a roof might look like. Then, he went over the photos he had taken of mine which showed no damage. During our conversation, I found that his company also performs other construction remodeling services. He impressed me with his attention to detail, his honesty and overall customer service. I plan to use his company's services in the future when I am ready to re-side my house and do other remodeling projects.

The service technician was nice. There were minor repairs performed, but I was hoping I could have more done for the cost. I have an old wood roof... frankly needs replacing, I probably wasn't a candidate for this Deal and should just get my roof replaced.

Geremiah Gilliland stayed in touch with me during the entire process: Here's what happen. Hailstorm, Contacted Allstate Insurance. THEY wanted a roofing contractor there. Purchased Geremiah's roofing inspection package. Allstate changes date of inspection by adjuster. Geremiah adjusts his schedule to fit everyone else's. Roof inspected today, 2/24/14. I had the satisfaction of having Geremiah in my corner. He assured me the damage was not significant this time around and the House will remain high and dry. So, what I got from this event was the peace of mind knowing that all is well with the roof. I also learned that Allstate (as well as other insurance agencies) considered this a 'claim' and although they paid nothing out, they could increase my premium. Geremiah recommended having your own contractor/roofer out first to make sure that making a claim is the right decision. Geremiah's business card reflects hat he does roofing, guttering and siding. I would recommend him for any of these jobs.

Geremiah contacted me right away and set something up. It later had to be rescheduled, but that wasn't a problem since I wasn't working at the time. He provided me with clear pictures of the problem areas, and a time was set up for the work to be done. The work went very quickly once it started and lasted over a 2 day period.

We called the company for an estimate, but they were more than we expected and went with another provider.

I bought an instant savings deal off Angie's List and was contacted within 4 hours. Appointment was set within next 24 hours. I had a leaky roof that was dripping into my ceiling. I don't any More! Very happy with work!

Called in December, regarding gutter cleaning and adding a downspout, but this was right before the weather got nasty. Even though weather was not conducive to the work to be done, Geremiah remained in contact with me regarding when the work could be done. If I had questions via e-mail or messaging on Angie's List, he usually responded within about 30 minutes. The work was done well, and if I have gutter work to be done in the future, I will contact Geremiah.

He increased the price of the bid and made recommendations that were not a part of the initial request (such as removing and replacing 1/2 of the roof ). He called in the evening ( 9 p.m. ) to discuss the bid and I requested he called back during working hours. His bid was too high and I did not hire him or return his calls.

It went exactly as stated. Initially I had a phone conversation with the principal. He carefully explained the service, why it was important, and did some preventative work by explaining the pluses and minuses of the service. He answered questions in a straight forward manner. The service was good value and exactly as he stated. It took place when stated. I am completely satisfied with the service.

It took forever to get them to start on the job once they were paid to do it. Once they started, they stayed with it until the job was done. the crew had to move my grills and some other things in order to have close access to the roof and in cleaning up, they neglected to put those things back inside the fence and, consequently, one of my grills (the smoker) disappeared. I would say overall, they took a long time to get started on the project,(about 2 weeks) and were not very thorough on the followup.

The gutters were cleaned and fixed and look better now than they have in over a decade. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and alerted me to the hail damage I had with detailed photos. He walked me through the process of what repairs would be needed and how they would be done. The experience was really pleasant, his advice was thorough and he gave me a place to start with the repair process. What could have been a stressful experience was a well guided simple solution. I intend on doing business with this company in the future.

Geremiah was responsive to my request for an estimate. Gave us two options... repair damaged portion of roof, or total replacement. He explained the pros and cons of each, and gave a detailed discription of the work to be done. We decided to go with the repair. The work was done promply and completely except for one exception. His crew forgot to repair the plumbing vents. When Geremiah called the following morning to come by for payment (he required no payment until the work was complete), I told him I didn't think they done the repairs, but was not completely sure since I didn't want to climb the roof for a closer look. He came by within the hour and completed the repairs himself. When I decide to replace the roof, he'll be the first one I will call.
