The work crew was very respectful of my home and me. They were on time. Worked hard the entire they were here I don't think they took a break the 4 days they were here. They cleaned up the large work area and the path way through my home to their truck. Benjamin, Jarrett, Jessie very knowledgeable about what they were doing . Easy to speak to and polite. Thank you

Clint, Jackson, and Mike were extremely courteous and professional. They took as much pride and care in the work as if it were their own home. I have additional pier work in the future and will request this team to do my work again.

They did a fabulous job on my project. They completed the project as requested in a timely manner.

My wall anchors were letting water in the basement I called Jill in the service department at five o clock on a Wednesday afternoon and she had Joel a service tech schedule the next morning at nine. they both did a excellent job I was very satisfied with the service and the work that was done.

I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional, completed the work on time and did an excellent clean up!

Work not started yet

Overall experience was very good. Very professional in all aspects. Didn't rate a 5 as there was some minor snafus in follow-up to get grading completed when rain continued to cause delays. However, Trevor, who completed the follow-up grading and seeding did a great job. Overall very good experience.

Tried to rush three days of work into two days, didn't work. Still waiting for someone to return and seal the discharge pipes. Felt like they sent labor ready guys to do the job, I expected at least the foreman to be seasoned. Nevertheless the young men worked hard within their skill set. If you are thinking of outdoor gutter drains just get a landscaper to do it. Overall looking at the quality of the work, for the price I would of got the same service from a less expensive company.

The whole team at Foundation Recovery systems were great to work with from start to finish. We had a fairly large foundation repair and waterproofing job and FRS made the whole process a whole lot easier to accomplish. From the start, Grant Stephens did a great job coming out to look everything over and explaining to me what was going on and how to fix it in great detail. Can't say it enough how great he was to work with and how he went out of his way to help me out. The Installers did great as well, they were very professional and even in terrible weather kept on schedule. To Nathan Jett coming out and helping in the end. FRS also has great customer sevice, if you ever need anything they're just a call away. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work done.

Very Professional,easy to get along with. They went out of their way to avoid hurting 1 specific tree for my wife. Nothing to dislike with them.

Very professional and much cheaper than some high end foundation companies. Representative went out of his way to assist my mother and that sold me not only on this project, but will use them for any future endeavors. Highly recommend.

everybody knew their job, went very well

After posting this review FRS scheduled a date and time to come out and complete the dirt work. However, when doing this they did NOT call us to schedule. They just scheduled it. I emailed Breanna back as asked, but never was contacted by her. They agreed to pay to have the carpet re-stretched and cleaned. But when we had someone come out to give us a quote, they refused to work with the carpet we had. It was ruined. So we have to replace the carpet in all 3 rooms. Still, would most definitely NOT recommend Foundation Recovery Systems.

It s scary dealing with a failing foundation. They made the repair process much easier to deal with. The foreman Mike did a good job of communicating and getting the work done before storms came. They aren t the cheapest but they were the most thorough of all bids I got. To me that is the most important thing as you don t want to have this work done twice.

Truly, the only one that you should do your repair! I had prior unsatisfactory work done by other so-called experts here in Kansas City redone by this company. Now, instead of worrying about water getting in whenever rain is forecast, we have peace of mind. Really, this is the only company that got it right!

First, they looked over the project. They explained what needed to be done & we agreed on a decision. It was easy to schedule a day that worked well for us. They called a couple of days before to confirm the time & day. They arrived on time & did a professional job.
