Fantastic! Cannot say enough how pleased we were with the service from start to finish - and of course the results. From Larry's prompt, punctual and friendly visit to provide a quote to the thoroughness of the job that the team did, both workmanship and overall customer service were first rate. I was, to be honest, a bit skeptical about paying what seemed like a large sum of money just to 'have our windows washed'. My wife was even more so. We come from overseas where window cleaning is a lot cheaper - but then it is also not on the same level with the depth of clean and thoroughness of the service we received from Fish.My wife and I were thrilled with the results. We bought our home in March and the windows were not clean then. Less so by December. I knew they were in need. On some south facing windows in particular I was aware of some grime and smears. However, I had no idea just how dirty they truly were until they had been cleaned. What a shocking difference it made. The whole house seemed notably brighter and more airy. I would not have believed how much difference it could make if I had not seen it for myself. The team that came were very polite, careful and worked hard and fast. Our home is a pretty good size so it took a few hours to complete but they just kept going. Unobtrusive and always pleasant. They removed and thoroughly cleaned all screens. They washed all windows inside and out and left not one single smear or smudge throughout the whole house. I was amazed. They also did a great job of removing any and all dust and dead insects etc. around the window frames and thoroughly wiped those down too. Importantly, they picked up after themselves and left no trace at all of having been in the house, other than the sparkling clean windows. There was snow and ice on the ground on the scheduled date and indeed on the roofs also. I assumed we would get a call to cancel or postpone but no, they turned up as scheduled and completed 95% of the work that day. The few outside windows that required roof access (versus just ladders access) were held for another day, for safety, but they came back as soon as the roof ice had melted and did those too - no need to chase them. Very pleased indeed and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you for the first rate work.

Wow! We knew our windows needed cleaning, but had no idea what a difference it makes when they are done right. Our windows were cleaned beautifully by three young men who came to our house on time, did a fantastic job, were very personable and were finished in three hours. They came out two or three weeks after I purchased the "Big Deal" and the service was excellent. They were prompt, did a wonderful job and had no problems cleaning the windows well and did not leave any dirty. They were neat, they didn't leave any mess afterward.

They were very punctual. The 2 young men who came were very polite and considerate of my home. When they came inside they put protective covers on their shoes so as not to track dirt in the house. During the process, the boss, Larry, came to oversee the project and to help out. They were very proficient at their job and were done very quickly. They also got on my roof to check all my gutters to see if they needed cleaning. Luckily they did not need it. Overall, I will definitely use these guys again and will recommend them to my friends.

The two men who washed my windows were thorough and professional. They asked me to check their work before I paid and readily redid a couple of spots. I am completely satisfied with their work.

They did what they said they were going to do. I thought his pricing was very fair because he could have taken advantage, but he did not. I really appreciated that.

Fish Window Cleaning were perfectly fine. They were offering to do more. They wanted to do the inside windows, but I can do those. Now, I've got them if I ever need to use them again. They were absolutely fantastic. It helped that I demanded so little of them. The truth is, they're very, very nice people.

Fish Window Cleaning did a great job. My wife said that at their price, she will never wash the windows again. They showed up on the day that they were supposed to but I'm not sure if they showed up on the time they were supposed to because my wife was there but she was happy.

I will definitely use this service again, and will have windows cleaned regularly, instead of waiting until they are really dirty! The crew was timely, friendly, professional, and took the time to wear shoe covers in my home (we don't wear shoes in our house) and they brought their own covers! They pointed out some potential issues with some front windows as well. I would highly recommend this service.

THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB. THEY ARE WITHOUT A DOUBT SOME OF THE MOST COURTEOUS, WELL MANNERED YOUNG MEN IT HAS BEEN MY PLEASURE TO MEET AND HAVE WORK ON MY HOME. THEY ARE EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND THINK NOTHING OF GOING BACK TO FIX SOMETHING THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED THE FIRST TIME. THEY ARE CAREFUL WITH ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE MOVED AND EITHER REMOVE THEIR SHOES OR WEAR PAPER OVERSHOES. THE FINAL WALK THROUGH TELLS IT ALL. THE TEAM LEADER, STEVE, IS INCREDIBLY DETAILED (I KNOW ALL OF YOU WOMEN OUT THERE WILL APPRECIATE THAT), AND HE PERSONALLY TAKES CARE OF ANYTHING THAT MIGHT NEED A TOUCH UP ON THE FINAL WALK THROUGH. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE AND WILL REFER TO AS MANY PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES AS I CAN. SINCE FISH WINDOW CLEANING IS A FRANCHISE, I WILL TELL YOU THAT THIS IS THE ONE OWNED BY LARRY SMITH AND IS LOCATED IN LEE'S SUMMIT BUT THEY WILL TRAVEL LONGER DISTANCES. Excellent, very professional and did a great job.

The staff was friendly, polite and responsive. They did a great job cleaning the windows...no streaks. Just one issue...one of my storm windows were put in the wrong way and one of my screens were not put in at all. They did invite me to go around and inspect the windows which I waived due to a time crunch. Other than that, they did a super job!

I called, left message, repeated my phone number twice. I have not had a call returned. My phone is very accurate and no one has left me a message.

We have many windows up to three stories high. I checked with Angie's list and was pleased with the referral. This company was very perfessional and went out of their way to accomodate us. We have a window located at the top front of our house. The inside has never been cleaned because it's located in the attic. They went into the attic, cleaned the window and vacuumed the carpet where insulation had fallen out. I was very pleased with their service. The windows look great!
