+ -1 moreContractor will promise you anything and will make claims and statements to sell you on them but in fact fail to perform on EVERYTHING!! The contractor / provider was there every day as he is the only person working for this "company" that has been there more then 3 months!! They get labor from anywhere and they are not qualified as the owner is also not qualified to accomplish most all they claim they can do!! I had to hire real qualified contractors to correct dozens of significant mistakes and some can not be corrected without paying more then the original project as they are that bad!! In addition this contractor left the job unfinished and in a state that will cause extensive and expensive future damage to my house if not corrected and he was not only paid in full but he was paid $1500.00 more then the contract price! This provider will say anything to get your money!!
Description of Work: Worse Contractor I have experienced and I have used Contractor's since 1973 for hundreds of projects. Provider contracted to build a new deck and 4 season room and a lap pool support structure
