He went through all the various steps that he did and then he told me how I could do it myself in the future. He went through all of the things like the closets and everything and told me that if I wanted to fix it how much it would cost. He didn't give any recommendations to any particular company. He was very helpful. He was on time.

I was very pleased with Dennis and will utilize him again if the need arises.

Mr. Sieg came out immediately and accessed the damage done to foundation. Gave a detailed report and also provided names of various companies to call to receive bids. Very nice man.

It went very well. I made an appointment with Mr. Sieg for two days after I called him. He showed up on time and carefully looked over the interior walls of the house and the foundation. He felt the foundation was in good shape and the problems I had with the cracks were basically cosmetic. He answered all my questions and sent me a detailed report in the mail.

The realtor's house inspector identified shortcomings but was not an engineer. After buying the home I had problems. Dennis thoroughly inspected and took plenty of time to explain in detail and answer all questions. I wish I had used him rather than the realtor's inspector - I would have been much better informed. Luckily, what Dennis found that the prior inspector did not find allowed me to make corrections without major expense. Excellent and knowledgeable.

Dennis was very friendly and professional; the visit consisted of the through inspection of the whole house, basement to attic, with a verbal explanation of all the details. A written report followed a few days later. Overall an excellent experience.

Dennis showed up on time, listened carefully to the problems, climbed on the roof and engaged in discussions to explain the source and possible solutions to the problems.

He replied in a prompt manner and was very timely. He asked me not to tell him why I call but t let him finish his inspection first. He did a through inspection and even commented on things that I needed to do to make sure my deck was safe in the future. Additionally, he fixed my garage door. I had been having trouble with it and he showed me how to make ti work properly. Actually, that was worth his trip by it self. So when he finished his inspection he asked why I wanted to come out. He took his time and answered all of my questions.

Huge cedar beams in ceiling which I want removed. Turns out they support the upstairs front of the house.

He came on time and was very professional and detail oriented.

Dennis was called at 3pm and was standing in my driveway at 5pm the same day. He spent a solid 2 hours in review of the structure. He did a great job of keeping the solutions in terms the average home owner could understand. He gave me his recommendations on sight and followed up with a full written analysis in a few days. Very professional and down to earth guy that I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Dennis is very experienced and gave great advice, both from the physical and investment view points. Thought his prices were fair. Gave specific repairs that could be done. Will use him again as needed.

Dennis came out a day after we got 8 inches of snow and was on time. He was extremely professional and performed a very thorough evaluation of our very old house that's in need of some major renovations. He took his time, did not rush us, was very personable, friendly, and honest. He also pointed out things that we could do to save some money, some helpful pointers, and told us which repairs were necessary and which weren't. He even dropped a business card in the mail as a referral to a professional who could give us an estimate on the repairs as well as perform them. The entire experience has been positive. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and Mr. Sieg spent the time needed to inspect our home, discuss the findings, answer our questions and make recommendations.

I had used Dennis for the home inspection on my old house 13 years ago, & was so impressed that I specifically looked for him again. The 1st time he not only explained his findings, but how some of the specific mechanics of the house worked. Very pleasant person, & was able to schedule me in on a Saturday on short notice. He showed up before I did & we chatted for a bit. He then took about 3 hrs. to inspect 3300 sq. ft. of a 1916 house in Brookside, & spent another hour walking us through the house to explain his findings. He strongly suggested that we get a termite inspection, & gave us a good referral (JMH), whose services were also very satisfying. I think that the seller's agent was also impressed, as she asked for some of his business cards when he was finished. Promptly received a full inspection report within a few days.

Went well so far. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. A real pro.

My husband met him here, but he was very responsive on the phone. He came on time. My husband appreciated his comments; he's in engineering as well so he understood the lingo. My husband was very pleased. He's unbiased; that's why we hired him. If we went through a foundation company, my opinion is then you don't know if they're trying to help themselves, or if they're trying to help you -- we wanted an unbiased opinion and that's what we felt this gentleman could do for us. I asked him if he would recommend anybody if we did have a foundation problem, and he said no because that's not his job. He let's you know from an engineering standpoint what's wrong. He might have some recommendations but we weren't going to have to have any foundation work done.

He was very experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing. He gave me a very detailed review, both verbal and written. I would highly recommend him.

Dennis came out the day after I called. He said that the wall had moved inward due to excessive runoff causing the I-beam to punch thru the concrete cap protecting the end of the I-beam. He advised having it repaired and also discussed with me how to slope the run-off away from that wall. He took his time and was very, very thorough.

He was pretty trustworthy. He told us that we were safe in not needing to get a new foundation. Just needed a few minor repairs. I'm very thankful that he saved us some money.

He returned my call quickly and was able to come out within days. My husband is the one who actually met with him, but he said he was very thorough and told him exactly what needed to be done. Our house turned out to be structurally sound, and he recommended regrading under the deck and maintaining the slope of the yard at the south wall. He gave us the business card of someone we could contact to seal the cracks in the foundation wall, and mailed us a 3-page report detailing his findings and recommendations.
