They were responsive. Texted me back immediately and when they missed my call they called me. They scheduled an appointment the next day and completed the repair in a timely fashion. The plumber that came out was respectful and clean cut and completed the job quickly with no problems. I love to support locally owned companies and since this company is only been in operation for about 2 years I would highly recommend them to any other customer in the area that might need plumbing work -- I live in Leawood Kansas.
