Computer Upgrade

Works perfectly.

My past experiences with computer repair providers has not been good. I'm almost 60 years old and can not keep up with computer technology and therefore must depend on someone else to do the diagnostics and repairs. I was frankly, dreading this process. I looked on Angie's list for computer repair and called several places. How I am talked to and treated on the phone is a big part of this decision in my mind. If they can't be reasonably polite and talk in terms I can understand before I agree to have them do the work, it's probably not going to get any better. When I made the calls, Computer Upgrades stood out in this regard. The lady I spoke with with patient, polite, and spoke English. I took the computer in and within a day or two (as promised) received a phone call telling me that I had a bad hard drive. I called back and they gave me my options with the respective price for each. I told them what I wanted to do and a couple days later it was done. I picked it up, they did what they promised, and it works beautifully. A great experience!

Went very well. I took it in, had a brief conversation with the technician, told him my concerns, and then left after only a few minutes.

I took in the computer, they discovered the problem, suggested options for repair, and completed the job. Once I had reloaded my software, they recovered my lost files!
