+ -1 moreNo issues, Steve was very comparable with his pricing. He was able to get me an install date within a few days. I checked with other "large" water companies. Specifically, one that rhymes with mulligan. They wanted 1200 for just an RO system then 250 a year for maintenance. The water softener alone was almost 4k. I spent less for 2 systems than they wanted for 1.

+ -1 moreSteve called right away. We made an appointment for him to come and give us a quote. We got 2 other quotes and he was cheaper by quite a lot. He showed up on time and did a great install, and clean up. He explained how everything works and answered all of my questions. He is very honest and not pushy at all. Being that I’m a disabled veteran, he even offered to come and add salt to my system for free. This is above and beyond customer service. He did everything in his quote and even a couple of extras for exactly what he quoted. There were no hidden charges with Steve. All I can say is, I have found my new plumber. So far, we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend.

+ -1 moreClearwater came and installed it. Gave me instructions and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. Then came back a month later to re-test water and make sure I was still satisfied.
Description of Work: I hired Clearwater to install a water softener. Where I live has such hard water that my dishes appeared cloudy and there was significant calcium deposits on my 2 year old kitchen faucet. Clearwater is an independent consultant so they looked at my particular home/usage and showed me the options that would be best for my house. I had other water softener companies come look and they were tied to particular brands and were much more expensive. I heard of Clearwater through a neighbor that used them and had nothing, but good things to say 2 years later.
